Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Since Nikkopaw had arrived at SunClan the territory was as clean as can be, especially for leafbare when debris and snow tended to amount. Nikkopaw went by NekoNotPaw22, he was 14 moons, old enough where he was made an initiate, but he had come as an apprentice. In WinterClan he never had the desire to train and since the leaders frequently vanished so often there was little priority on forcing apprentices to train. However one thing he did learn to do well being an apprentice for eight moons was take care of the camp and bring back generic useful items like moss, help with mouse bile, and any obviously useful herbal tools like cobwebs or poppyseeds. The sunlight had melted away most of the snow in the gorge, but around the rims were snow that he carefully moved forward back into the sunlight to melt in order to prevent the cold from staying in. From there he took the time to fix up the brambles surrounding camp before walking a short distance away to collect some moss for bedding. NekoNotPaw22 was far more careful about the river than any other cat likely would. In WinterClan slipping into a river was a death sentence, even if you were saved the cold would likely kill you in a matter of hours if not less. Because of this was he was careful about his footing and carefully began scraping off the moss. By the end of it he had far too much moss to carry back alone, but it would be fine if he took a few trips. He sat down in front of it beginning to roll some of the moss into one ball.

LITTLESTAR
SUNCLAN HIGH PRIESTESS
Littlestar watched the initiate from a distance, as he went about his business. The cat had been working hard, even though Bloodyrondo had complained to her repetedly about his lack of attention during their lessons. He was old enough to undergo initiation, but she had hesitated on allowing him to go through with it. If he failed... She didn't think Mistyrose would forgive her if the Janus killed Nekonotpaw22. She slowly approached, not wanting to frighten him to the point of him jumping into the river "Nekonotpaw22" she greeted warmly, taking a seat on the hill over looking the riverside that he was gathering moss on "Busy as ever I see" she slowly made her way down to his side and grabbed some of the moss to help him carry it
"Hi Littlestar," Nekonotpaw22 greeted, a twinge of happiness in his voice, "Yeah, I like this a lot better than being an apprentice. It's nice to just be helpful around camp and then take a break to study up about SunClan. I like the festivals SunClan has the most, I hope I pass initiation so I can have fun in them with my parents. Mom and dad don't seem really enthusiastic about SunClan like I am, but I've come to really like it a lot," He explained, but a cloud of worry crossed his expression. He seemed to ignore it though and continue padding up the sides of the mossball. Bloodyrondo had let it slip to him that if he failed he would be killed, in fact he was pretty sure that he didn't realize he let it slip at all. A part of him believed him in the moment immediately and another part of him felt he was trying to scare him, but when he brought it up to his mom offhandedly she had become really mad at him and wanted him to leave SunClan just in case. And considering he was still here a week after that discussion took place his mom and him had been rocky lately. But there was no point in leaving if he was actually enthusiastic about SunClan, he really liked Bloodyrondo and the warmth and the culture the clan had. It felt wrong to walk away from a place that actually made him want to live.

[attr="class","box2"]"As long as your intentions are true you have nothing to worry about in initation. The Sun God will know what lies within your heart" she let her tail tickled his shoulder playfully. The young cat was odd, but rather sweet and she was starting to enjoy having him around. He thought very differently than other cats, and seemed to be rather dedicated thus far.
"Just trust in the Sun God, and that he has plan for you. You were brought here for a reason, even if you don't see it just yet" it was difficult for initates to have faith in a God that they couldn't see or hear. The cats of SunClan interacted and spoke with their god often, but those who were not apart of the clan didn't have that. It was like taking a blind leap of faith, trusting in something that they couldn't yet experience. She could only hope that his time here in the clan would be able to convince him that the Sun God was very real, otherwise... Well she didn't want to think about the alternative. She didn't think Mistyrose would forgive her if something went wrong during the initation and they had to murder her son.
"Bloodyrondo tells me that your lessons have been going well" that was mostly true, although he had complained about it more than once. NekoNotPaw22 seemed to be able to get under her promised's skin, but also praised the work that he had been putting forth to learn about his new clan.
"I know that SunClan is very different from WinterClan, and I am glad that you have been enjoying your time here. The festivals are wonderful, and hopefully you will be able to experience more of them soon" [newclass=.box2]margin:0px auto; width:300px; height:425px; background: transparent; overflow:auto; padding:8px;[/newclass] [newclass=.box2::-webkit-scrollbar]width:5px;[/newclass] [newclass=.box2::-webkit-scrollbar-thumb]background: #772929;[/newclass]
He felt her tail tickle against his shoulder and couldn't help but actually give a small smile, taking comfort in her words, "Stop, you're going to make me blush," He said sarcastically, but his smile was too genuine to convince Littlestar otherwise.
He wiped at his face to help move the smile from his lips and it did the trick. It was like he had a silent rule to never show his happiness. He nodded along with Littlestar and once again his expression became unreadable. Deep inside though the thought of the Sun God brought him fear. There was no such thing as a good deity and while he had no doubts that the Sun God was real he didn’t trust him either. He was certain the Sun God was just using SunClan just like how the deities used WinterClan.
“I have no doubts that the Sun God is real,” Nekonotpaw22 reassured Littlestar, but wasn’t sure how to bring up that he didn’t trust him. She looked so hopeful and for as much as he acted as a jerk most days, unafraid to ruin peoples perspective of him he actually liked Littlestar. That and if he was being honest with himself he often reflected what his parents did, laze around and not care even though he did care and did like working hard.
“Yeah I hope so too and between you and me I’m really working hard to not let anyone down.”

[attr="class","box2"]"it brings me great joy to know that you have opened your heart to the Sun God" she purred. After all the Sun God had gained a new follower, and hopefully soon his initation would make it all official.
"The good thing about SunClan is that as long as you have faith and carry out his will, you will not be letting the clan down" the Sun God asked faith of his followers above all else. Even cats who did even things could be forgiven if it was in his name.
