character of the year: Foxbane (Honeystorm ) (Foxbane is consistently a great character that allows for amazing conflict. She's great as a villain character, a troubled friend, and is just overall keeps making things interesting while never becoming stale or one note. Whenever I think of a character who has the most drive and best interactions Foxbane is one of the first to come to mind.) 
(Though Glowstar and Funk E'tan are also amazing characters too, so they get the honorable mentions XD)
pair of the year: Turtlepaw (Jetclaw ) and Chimerastar/hunt (Cleaver ) (They have an amazing mentor/apprentice relationship that has really helped make Turtlepaw a character I love especially since he was supposed to just be a throwaway cat XD)
