Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Wispyfeather was longed legged like a spider, the kind of cat you had to tilt your head back and look up at. It bothered her most days, but on on days like this. It took about two steps for her to reach Darkcomplex and half a step for her claws to uppercut his chin, this immediately follow by her hip merging into the weak fleshy side of his stomach. Fully intending on the narrow side of her hip bone to crush into the more sensitive areas. The she-cat was a queen many times and currently, she was suspected of carrying kits, but she found it only made her want to fight harder. She had dim white fur with dark grey tabby stripes with a streak of white from her forehead down between her shoulder blades.
Glowstar seemed impressed, she hadn't seen an actual fight in the middle of camp since Primal Instinct. But this fight spared lives. Only two cats got hurt or really... It could possibly be just one cat getting hurt. Her eyes moved to Foxstar briefly before concentrating again on the fight.
Illuminatedpaw stood a ways away glancing between the fight and Windchaser. He could see her desire to fight clear in her eyes. He sent a quick prayer to StarClan hoping that she wouldnt try to intervene. They had to trust Whispyfeather. And the warrior was skilled, she could take this SunClan cat. He hoped.
Electricwolf glowered claws digging into the ground he wished Glowstar had let them fight. They couldve won. But maybe she was thinking they could use SunClan? Even if they lost turn it around into a victory? He looked at Foxstar and dug his claws deeper. No. He had a bad feeling. Whispyfeather had to triumph in this.
It took half a second for him to realize what had happened as pain flared in his face and side, mismatched gaze snapping to the she-cat. Didn't waste an opportunity when she saw it, did she? Not that Darkcomplex should've been surprised. This was Glowstar's clan, after all, it made sense that they would be forces to be reckoned with. Half a second more was spent contemplating how to best go about the fight so as not to lose face, but also not to seriously hurt the she-cat before him. He'd just have to end it quickly, he supposed, though the prospect seemed slightly more difficult now as he reeled back from her touch. Usually, he wouldn't be so against violence, but with his kits and his 'mate' caught in the middle of it all, he was suddenly a lot more cautious.
Without pause, the tom's eyes drifted up and down her fur, one paw swiping in an attempt to unbalance her forepaws, the other grabbing for her head to pull her to the ground. In theory, he should be able to pin her, and then there would be no fight at all. In practice, however, things rarely went so smoothly.
Foxstar didn't bother to glance at Glowstar, simply watching Darkcomplex as he ever so slowly seemed to realize the battle had begun. There was a small smile on her face, a sort of smug assurance that DayClan would be coming back with them today.
Windchaser gave her friend, Illuminatedpaw, an anxious look. However, having her friend by her side made her feel more at ease. It seemed as if whenever she faced trouble, he was always there facing it with her. She was grateful to have him there. And she knew if she had lost her control, he would be there to stop her.

"Vixenpaw, stay close to me." She told the apprentice and motioned her closer with her long busy tail. Things could get very ugly very fast, Flyingcolors realized that very quickly. Whispyfeather was a strong and fierce warrior but the medicine cat was considered about her possibly needing to be with the queens and ensuring that no matter the outcome the warrior would walk away from the clearing alive. Since her apprentice was still so young and new and incapable of hearing on top of that, the blue merle could not help but worry for her in her own special way.
The deaf apprentice saw her mentor's movements, saw the way that she indicated and moved closer to her. When would someone attempt to explain what was happening? She knew her mentor was worried about her, maybe more than she was the other cats, and felt dread in her stomach. No matter who won, the wouldn't end well
Wispyfeather dodged his paw, remaining balanced but was hit across the face and unbalanced that way. Instantly as she fell on instinct her claws just barely missed his neck and instead wrung across his shoulders and down. Her light green eyes darkened, with the possibility of kits, the unimaginable meaning that if she lost this battle her clan was gone. Her grip was as tough as iron as she attempted not end her claws at the bottom of chest, but tear it further, into her stomach. Her kits wouldn't be born anywhere, but home and if DayClan were to fall it wouldn't be because of her.
Glowstar watched the two fight and then observed the rest of her clans reactions. Her gaze turned to her medicine cats, "Flyingcolors, if any are injured when the battle ends help both of them. Whoever needs the attention the most. Even if Foxstar doesn't want you to heal her warrior."

"Of course, Glowstar." She gave the leader a definitive nod before focusing back on the fight. She wanted Wispyfeather to win, naturally, but dreaded blood shed. Nothing good ever followed unnecessarily spilled blood. "Did you see that? We are to heal both of them regardless of what Foxstar says." She said it to Vixenpaw in such a way that the apprentice could read her lips.
