Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Coriander was a cadet now, training to be a raiser and one step closer to realizing her dream, she was brought to the regime as a tyke with her littermates and cared for by an old raiser named Arthur who she looked up to more than anyone. It hadn't taken her long to decide she wanted to be a raiser like her adoptive grandfather, and it didn't hurt that the young she-cat had a natural motherly and caring nature. She shook her calico pelt out and looked around, her vibrant green eyes giving off a soft glow.
Commander Raijin had been spending time with each of the Regime's groups trying to learn their practices, and it was exhausting him. He'd avoided learning about the raisers for a long time, but he couldn't bear another minute around herbs, so he found himself stuck here. It wasn't so bad yet, but he'd only been here a few minutes.
The lean blue tom lingered at the edge of the post, keeping close to the tunnel wall as he observed the cats funneling in and out. Eventually, his bright gaze fell upon Coriander, and he slipped over to stand near her. "Hey," he whispered, "any chance you know what I'm doing here?"
Her green eyes turned to the commander as he spoke, she had not seen him very much but everyone knew who he was, at least they should. "Hello, Commander Raijin." She greeted him in return as she thought about why he would be here. "Did something happen?"
Raijin shrugged. "I'm just visiting, supposed to be helping out, but... well, frankly," he laughed, "I haven't the slightest idea what everyone actually wants me to do. Seems like there's more than enough of you to handle a pawful of tykes, don't you think?"
Coriander smiled and looked around the post at all of the active cats. "Some of the tykes can be a bit of a pawful, some of them might be like a visit from you though." She wasn't exactly sure how the tykes would react but she knew she would have been excited to receive a visit from the commander when she was still a tyke.
