Shule really did not like Raijin. Now, this was already blatantly obvious, and she suspected he had something going on with the Cadets. Cats seemed to think she was paranoid, but the Mercenary Superior didn't trust him one bit. Not only was he of the League, but to randomly end up as Commander? She wasn't really concerned about not getting the title herself, she just didn't trust that he hadn't made Mars give it to him, one way or other, even if her son hadn't actually said anything to her.
For now, though, she didn't have the evidence to come right out and oust him. But she was doing her best to try and collect some.
