Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Wintrystar called together the members of the clan, her eyes searching their eager faces. Many had helped to prepare the Winter Festival events and most the clan was looking forward to it, even herself.
"Today, we will be hosting our annual ice fishing contest. The goal is to catch the biggest, most interesting creatures from the icy depths of the Icy Pond. There will be multiple prizes such as the Largest fish, the most colorful, and lastly the most interesting catch. Good luck to all and happy fishing!"
Moving towards eth entrance to camp, the Sovereign lead all those attending the event to the Icy Pond nearby. It was smaller than the Frozen Lake, where many of their events would be held, but it was easier to make small holes in and fish at. the fish here were just as plentiful as at the lake for an activity such as this. Arriving a short time later. The leader of the clan gestured for them to all spread out and find a place to fish.

Asterblossom enjoyed fishing as it were, but she also knew that Wolfbee had signed up for the contest. So, with a giddy feeling that often accompanies new love, the gray cat had added her name when Wintrystar had asked who wanted to be a part of the contest. Now she was following her leader out of camp, carefully staying a few respectful steps behind, and running through fishing techniques she already knew and practiced daily.
Wolfbee had been eagerly awaiting for the day the fishing contest would be held, she had been one of the first to sign up when Wintrystar had announced it. As she followed the Sovereign and the others taking part to the frozen lake, Asterblossom caught her eye at the front of the group. "Hello dear, are you excited?" The calico she-cat had begun using pet names shortly after the two shared their feelings for one another.

Asterblossom broke into a shamelessly loud purr when Wolfbee found her, loving the nickname and the fact that Wolfbee wanted to be seen with her even in front of the leader of their clan. The she-cat wasn't clan blood and though she looked enough like a clan cat, she'd always carried that shame with her. But today she was stepping out of her comfort zone, joining a contest with the leader involved!
To soon, their little walk was over and Asterblossom said goodbye to Wolfbee with a lick on the cheek before finding a fishing hole a few rabbit lengths away. Determination danced like fire in her stomach and she fidgeted excitedly.
