Loststar smiled out at her clanmates as the ceremonies came to an end, granted there wasn't much to announce, three of the clans kits would now be Halflings and there were a few things that needed to be taken care of within the territory and clan. The she-cat hoped the cats she chose for the patrols would get along, but only time would tell. "Starting today Cavernkit, Seakit, and Mousekit will be assessed by Gentleblossom, she will help these young cats to find their calling within our ranks and prepare them for when they too will be made apprentices." She looked down at the three kits with a light in her eyes and touched each on the head with her nose, ending the ceremony. ~~~ Gentleblossom moved forward so she stood beside the three kits she was now charged with helping and smiled. "Are you three ready?" Her voice was soft as she spoke.
Amberpaw couldn't believe he was being sent on a patrol. Seablossom had sat next to him during the ceremonies and seemed pleased that he'd been chosen for such a thing. The nerve of his sister. Didn't she understand that he didn't want to leave camp, for any reason? The tom had finally settled into his role some and accepted that the life of a medicine cat was for him, but that didn't mean he had to like it. The one benefit was that he didn't have to learn to be a warrior and could avoid leaving camp. Just why couldn't his mentor go looking for the herb?

Cavernkit's little tail quivered with excitement as he was promoted to a halfling. As Gentleblossom spoke, he let out an excited purr and nodded. "I'm super ready!"
