She wasn't exactly sure how she managed to get into DayClan's camp. Considering everything, Foxbane expected to have been killed by the time she set paw on it. But maybe they were just worried about getting prepared for the worsening snow. They did have issues with the weather in their open territory. Truly, she wouldn't be surprised if Littlestar chose to aid them in some way. But she doubted she'd be privy to such information anymore, if so.
Despite her thoughts racing, the matters of the two clans wasn't really what she meant to be focusing on. No, her mind slowly found it's way back to her cold paws, as she threaded bleeding heart flowers into the wisteria throne in a wreath, along with feathers that were a mix of auburn-brown, black, and tipped with white. Glowstar would pick up on it, she supposed. Or maybe she'd just attribute it to Funk. The idea made her breath catch, but she forced the idea away. Best not to think of this as anything more than a friendly gesture, or perhaps an apology. It was a lie, of course, but she made herself accept it. Pretend to, at least.
Once done, she didn't waste any time for cats to either discover her or confront her, turning and walking out of the snowy camp and out into the territory without a sound. It was late, Glowstar would be asleep, or away, hopefully.
The wind swirled around her unpainted body, powdery snow both brought up from the ground and falling from the sky, stinging as it found its way under her thick pelt. To be honest, she wasn't entirely sure she could make it back to SunClan in this, but she'd made it here, and wasn't about to go asking DayClan to help her out, so she simply soldiered on towards where she expected the border to be.
Even moons after her escape with Glowstar, sleep never came easy for Azura. Her traumatic early days in the Coalition shaped her plentiful, vivid, awful dreams. They plagued her every night. She kenw it was a lack of closure, but what could she do? Find a leader that has been missing for almost half of her life? It was the worst kind of limbo, the one with no way out. These dreams shaped her, but the brown and grey tabby refused to let the dreams become her, so she made the best of her insomnia. No one ever questioned productivity, so she spent her nights wandering the territory for anything abnormal.
The she-cat picked up a SunClan's cats smell and she felt she could almost place it, but something did not line up. In any case, they were to close. No one had any business with the Clan this late at night in this weather. With a sign she turned upwind and felt a gale burn her eyes with a fiery cold. It was one of the few days where she longed for the sheltered alleys of the city. Anyone with any basic knowledge of the city could avoid the wind on a day like this, but there was no escaping nature's fury in the wheat fields of DayClan. She trudged forward in the blowing snow until she caught a glimpse of the former Priestess. "You know we have borders, right?" Her voice caught in her throat. There was no way Foxbane would murder her in her own territory, right? "You can't just come here whenever you want."

Foxbane wasn't really into killing anyone recently. Perhaps that sentiment was a touch ironic, considering she'd killed an Immortal Council member, and stolen one of two lives from two of the others. She knew vaguely of Azura's background in the Coalition, and wondered if she knew the fate of Absum Lux's Wanheda, fallen to the Sun God. Did it even matter? Maybe not.
She let out a soft sigh that was lost to the howling wind before turning tired ivy eyes to the she-cat, her voice barely breaking through the gale as she spoke. "Glowstar hasn't stopped me yet. I suppose I'll stop if she asks." The fox-furred feline wasn't trying to challenge Azura, though she did look uncomfortable with the idea that her friend would bar her from visiting.
The she-cat could almost feel her heart punching a hole in her chest. Azura hardly ever considered herself outmatched, but even with her title gone and power reduced, an aura still surrounded her. It cloaked itself in the aching soul of a fallen eagle, but what remained of her pride and strength shone through. Her heartbeat slowed when her tame response processed in her ears, but she could still hear the pulses of blood traversing her ear.
The tabby shook her head. "As her daughter, I'm ordering you to stop." She pressed forward a little faster until she was just behind the former Priestess. She knew the Priestess would never listen to someone like her, but this broken Priestess might. "Like, don't just walk in here unannounced. I know you and Glowstar are... something like friends, but just don't. Please."

"Friends is certainly a much more tame way thinking of it. But I suppose it suffices." Foxbane replied, watching Azura as she neared. The she-cat certainly didn't seem such a strong figure. Of course, the she-cat wasn't one of Green's biological children, so perhaps that had something to do with it. "How would you have me announce my presence? I doubt you'd appreciate me sending cats over, if I even still had the power to do that."
She wanted to ask why Funk, the League leader, could still walk around without question on DayClan territory, and she couldn't, but the former Priestess knew better. They didn't want her here due to the thinks she'd done to them. Things that Primal Instinct's current leader hadn't done to them. After all, the League didn't make a show of going after DayClan's high ranks, killing queen and kits alike that belonged to the clan. She had. That was reason enough, she supposed.
