Foxstar. No, Foxbane. She was a mere Senator now. The words felt odd as they rattled around her mind. To be quite honest, she was surprised she was even allowed to walk free, that someone hadn't tried to kill her yet, particularly those grandkits of hers who'd been sent to do as much. She wasn't naive to think they'd be allowed to forget, but perhaps they simply wanted to exist rather than risk their luck dancing with death. Doubtful, but theoretically possible.
She found herself sitting on the Cursed Rock alone, crows cawing around her. Funny, how words could transform such a place from a mere murder site to a place of superstition and panic. Fitting that she was here. Two of her kits had died here, after all. Heh. She'd admitted to murdering them during her stint of insanity in the Regime tunnels, if she recalled. Or maybe she'd dreamed it. Either way, no one had called her out for it, so either the clan hadn't been told, or maybe she'd imagined it after all. Or maybe they were just too afraid.
The idea of them fearing her was oddly laughable now. Not that she really doubted her capabilities, no, she was painfully aware of just how dangerous she could be. But she didn't really have a desire to go around murdering cats anymore. At least for now.

LITTLESTAR
SUNCLAN HIGH PRIESTESS
After the initial shock of Foxstar's revelations began to fade, Littlestar managed to escape the confines of camp. Despite the flood of negative emotions, she still cared for Foxbane... Why? Perhaps only the Sun God knew. It didn't take her long to find her mentor's scent and to follow it to the cursed rock. The sound of the crows cries reached her ears long before she could see them, as her ears pinned backwards automatically. Even though she knew the truth behind the cursed rock and crows, it illicited a response from her body that she couldn't control.
As Foxbane came into sight, she sat down wrapping her tail neatly around her paws. However, her yellow gaze never left the cat before her, a mere shadow of the fox who once stuck fear into the hearts of all that came across her. "So this is where it happened" she spoke, allowing her words to float through the air for a few moments "Do your children still speak to you? The three that I lost still visit me when I need them the most" of course the circumstances between the two losses were vastly different, but perhaps now that the insanity was starting to fade the regret of her actions was eating away at her. Is that why she had returned here?

"Oh, they do. But that's a story I'm not sure I'm allowed to tell." She answered simply. Foxbane never had told Littlestar that the six kittens of Crowluminescence she'd adopted for her own were out to kill her, but then again, Littlestar had always been observant, and she likely wouldn't have missed the fact that half the litter mentored the other, and that three of the kits had names a touch too close to the deceased. Among other things that were odd about that particular litter. "Let's just say, if those three who died here have their way, they'll be rid of me soon enough." What would the Sun God do if she outed them anyhow? She wasn't sure, but she expected the clan would be only too eager to help bring down punishment upon her. Not that she could blame them.
