In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Mountainsound soaked her legs in the lake, a soft sigh escaping her lips as the burns were soothed. The herbs would keep them from infection, but they still ached from the burns, and the frigid water made them comfortably numb, even though she knew it was risky this time of year.

Littlebird appeared behind her, joining the older she-cat in the cool water. Her own burns and wounds stung, with each step that she took into the water, the bitter cold stinging as it washed away the dirt and grime. Since everything that had happened, who wouldn't feel over whelmed? The scar on her throat had started to heal, but its presence a constant reminder

"You healing up well, Littlebird? Keeping an eye on that throat wound?" She let out a soft sigh from the breath that had taken in the Promised's scent. Truth be told, Mountainsound was still processing it all. The Sun God's actions weren't unlike StarClan, punishing a clan for the sins of it's leader, but never had they utilized a poor she-cat like Pandora, putting the heavy burden of fate on a cat who wasn't even a warrior yet.
To say she had forgiven Foxstar either would be a gross overstatement. No matter the reason for it, the slaughter of queens and children were offenses not easily forgotten. Though the Priestess did seem genuinely remorseful, and the Senator had seen a lot of her fake 'woe is me' acts. This was different. But truly, she didn't want to think of it right now. The bodies were too recently buried, and she'd spent more time treating the injuries of the other cats around her instead of focusing on her own. SunClan was lucky to have the Janus and Soothsayers to help with the gathering of herbs so that cats like Littlebird, Ebonygold, and the rest of her and her mate's kits could actually focus on helping the injured or dying. Sightless eyes stared forward as ears twitched, wandering over the sounds of the lake and the forest around them.
