Ever since his father, Dealfinder, had left them for a WinterClan she-cat, Empyreanpaw hadn't been the same. He was angry now, focused more than ever on his training, and almost unbearable to be around at times. He'd gone from a bright young tom, the youngest tom of the litter, to a little menace, at least towards his siblings. Never was he alone, instead always accompanying at least one of his littermates in their day to day, constantly watching it seemed, to see if they'd leave him too. He didn't want them to leave, and so he wanted to ensure that he knew where they were, at every moment of the day. Unfortunately, this left him rather overbearing, even controlling, trying to keep his family for himself, and cutting off anything and anyone from interacting with them without his say so.

    One such day was today, as the tom walked side by side with Spellpaw, having convinced his significantly smaller sister that she should skip her training with her mentor, even if his littermate's mentor was the DayClan leader, to spend time with him. It had been surprisingly easy, and now they traveled the territory as a pair, avoiding the warriors to do as they pleased.
