Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Mountainsound had been keeping out of the way with Foxstar in charge. By sheer luck, she hadn't yet been killed, which she found remarkable, given that the Priestess had nearly killed a cat with far less history of challenging her. Perhaps Foxstar held on to the shred of thought that killing her would harm her reputation beyond repair, not that she had much of one to begin with. Or maybe she had the feeling that for all she knew in herbs, the former medicine cat probably had a far deeper knowledge with far more experience.
Whatever the reason, she appreciated the solitude, her thoughts racing as she attempted to come up with ways to subdue the fox-hearted leader. Coups weren't her forte, but she'd been silent far too long, and she could no longer ignore the reality when it had been some of her own adopted grandkits killed when Foxstar had gone after Timerous. Action needed to happen. She wasn't sure how, however, and she'd hesitated in speaking with Littlebird, not quite certain how the Promised would react.
