Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Leucisticcrow was tangled up in the moon briar, or at least that's what DayClan called it. It was a long stretch of white briar made up primarily of long vines of thorns, the briar surrounded most of DayClan in order to deter predators such as foxes or the farmers dogs. To say he was tangled in it at all wouldn't describe it, he was stuck in the very center of the thorns with the vines wrapped around every single limb. He was a Bright Brigade member and Glowstar's son, but was known to dip out of DayClan, sometimes for hours or days so it was no surprise that he may have come back in the dead of night and tripped up on the briar.
"Going to keep whining?" The Immortal Council member's voice was hardly sympathetic, despite the fact that the cat in front of her was her own uncle. Maybe that made her a bad person, to just stand and watch while the dark tom wailed on and on, but Fia Cendrillon never had much conformed to traditional ideals of morality. "This is what you get for running around StarClan knows where at all hours of the Day and Night. At least my mother can keep it straight where the briars are."
"Fia, you're majorly bumming my vibe. I ran into this to feel that-" He rubbed his back against the thorns like he was rubbing up against something delightful like bark that got just the right scratch or a cold stone on a hot day. His radioactive green eyes lit up, "Pain, it's great," He smiled lightly, but he was bored now. Maybe if another cat came over and told him he deserved it that would tickle his enjoyment, but Fia was a kid in his eyes and it wasn't like he didn't like them so much as he generally feared them. Kids were merciless hell beasts until life beat them down so hard that they no longer cared to be unworldly evil.
"Uh huh." Fia Cendrillon simply blinked. "Nice coverup." Could he be telling the truth? Sure. Was he? Probable. But even so, she did make it take after Wanderingwight on occasion when the she-cat was out and about. Couldn't have Lucistic being too happy.
"Is it time for your uncle Leu to tell you about how the curse for loving pain originates?" He smirked before stretching his entire body lovingly into the thorns as though they were beams of sunshine, "Let's see, well I was kidnapped as a kit, family tradition really. And then I lived in Toxicity as a test subject and I support when you're that young going through pain you just gotta learn to love it or else you'll just suffer," he shrugged, "Anyways that's the shorthand version."
