paige.rylee A dark cloud blew over the sun, engulfing the bengal in darkness. At the moment, he was nothing more than a vagrant, a wanderer. Out growing herbs and giving them to people for free as long as he got to watch, which was great for all the would be addicts and the sadist that called himself Doctor Funkbeat. He spent most of his days travelling to the different clans, stealing plants and sweet talking cats who actually listened to him. Most never cared for the ideological ramblings of a loner, but he was fine being thought of as a nut case. He didn't have any idea what the future held for him, for now he lived his day to day life on his whims.
Today, the young doctor found himself out in rogue territory, laying around like he owned the place. Which he kind of did, most of the rogues knew him and those that did liked him enough.

The feeling of unrest was a common aspect of Vibrance's life. She was never born to be a kittypet but alas, the long furred cream-colour she-cat was stuck being a kittypet. A boring life of brown, dry munchies, as she called them and being petted by big Twolegs, who always shut the door at night. Only recently, the she-cat had started exploring the outside world and oh boy, what she found had taken her fancy! The rogues she met, intrigued her. The stories they told her, sent shivers up her spine. Vibrance liked to name things different to what they were typically called, so Rogues to her were called Strong Beasts. (It was a positive name to Vibrance). She had a thing for the tough Rogues around the place but hadn't really gotten to know any of them enough to fall in love. She still didn't know many and tended to linger at the edge of the Rogue territory.
Today, she had gone deeper into this strange world than ever before, determined to meet more "strong beasts". She skipped along, carefree; happy. Often, she would stop to smell the daisies and roll in the grass, she would look up at the clouds in the sky and wish this was her life.
The sun was beginning to sink, dark clouds lining the sky. It would be time to head home to the boring world of stupid round blocks and fluffy beds. Ugh. No, she should try and hunt some prey, like she had seen Rogues do before. Perhaps a nice dead mouse would give her old twolegs a heart attack at last! No, that was a horrible thought. But a spot of hunting could never hurt. Bending down awkwardly, she looked around, sniffing the air. A pigeon fluttered down to the ground. Her piercing blue eyes focussed on it, her paws preparing her to jump, she lent back, about to pounce.

(oops lost this thread)
The doctor was nothing if not lucky, and watched quietly as a pidgeon fluttered down to the ground a few feet away from him. Rolling over to his side, then to his paws, he noted the long cream tail of a cat sticking up out of the grass. Letting out a small yawn, he stayed close to the ground. No doubt this was the silhouette of a kittypet. They weren't too far from some twoleg houses and most kittypets had no idea how to hunt. Which led to the entertaining scene in front of him where this one approached the pidgeon with a tail swaying like a flag. Like a proud army not caring who saw them.
The bengal was sure this one was bout to get their first bitter taste of a meal flying away. But he saw an opportunity, an easy way to impress and get another client. So he didn't move, waiting for them to send the pidgeon right over him.

(don't worry. I lost it as well. Also I apologize in advance if all my replies today are kinda short. I'm trying to make the cont limit within an hour. It's going well lol)
Vibrance pounced, determined to catch the prey that she was so close to. She wanted to feel wild, like the Rogues that hung around here. To put it simply, she wanted to feel free. Her tail pouncing up, she pounced, standing the Pigeon flying into the nearby bushes. Sitting down on her hindquarters, she let out a frustrated sigh. Seriously, not again. She had been so close to catching it as well. In her annoyance, she didn't notice the other cat. Instead, she glanced up at the sky, angry that she had missed. "Gosh darn you pigeon!" She growled.

And just like that, Funk struck. The pidgeon was so focused on Vibrance, it didn't notice him coming up from underneath. His teeth easily found it's neck in the air, letting himself hang a little before twisting to fall on his paws. Feathers scattered around him as the pidgeon struggled, the last squawks were wheezed out as he bit down further to kill it. Stepping out of the tall grass, he approached the kittypet with a poise that was very un-rogue like. "I take it you were wanting this?" He purred as he set the pidgeon at her feet.
