Glowstar was lounging on the leagues territory... Or maybe that was questionable. Since Renegade Regime moved out of Revolution territory Primal Instinct and Absum Lux had taken the space. Since Absum Lux had been vanquished by rogues Primal Instinct had the amount of land of all the forest clans combined. Lately DayClan had been taking more and more of Absum Lux's city territory, or more specifically the China Town district of the city. DayClan was uniquely next to the city and two-leg place, thus why they accepted rogues, loners, and kittypets so frequently, they were just common occurrences looking for freedom. But there was something alluring about the China Town district, which was primarily that no one called animal control on them. Sure they might get kicked by a two-leg, but that was about as worse as it got.
As such Glowstar had taken this golden opportunity to explore her new land she was looking to invest more border patrols in guarding. Thus far the sun spot she had gained from lounging on the roof was perfect. Since it was perfect it was about time to move onto the next thing. Glowstar rolled herself over and was about ready to find a way down from this building she wasn't entirely remembering how she even got to when she heard a creak from the other side of the roof. Her ears twitched for a moment as she turned to face whoever was there.

Since Reprise had chosen to join the Ambassadors District, she did much exploring of the League's territory. Sometimes, she enjoyed just simply wandering alone, enjoying the view of the sunrise and then as it set. It took her away from the... well, complications the League and its members were offering her. She was trying, she must admit, to be the "best cat" possible, perhaps a role model for others. How was that working out, you might ask? Well, not so good. And to make things worse, her ambitions had not gone unnoticed by the other cats of the League. Escaping and gathering information from passing Rogues or Kittypets was something she could do to take her mind off things.
Today, she had headed towards the outskirts of the border, past the main house and more towards the direction of their new territory. Humming quietly to herself, Reprise stepped onto the main roof of the building she was currently exploring. She had been deep in thought about, well, all her troubles when she saw a shadow of another cat standing on the roof as well. Panic set in. Dammit Reprise! The second you get distracted another cat shows up. You silly cat... She hoped it was a "friendly" rogue or League member. Her fur slightly ruffled, Reprise stood up so she was clearly visible to the other cat.
"Oh hey, a cat," Glowstar said passively staring at Reprise, "Wassup?" She cocked her head, revealing the silvery edge of two scars, one blackened with age like a cursed symbol and the other shimmery and clean like heavens light was filtering out.

Uh... Did the other cat just say wassup? Okay... no, everything was just dandy. Yup. Totally. At least the other cat hadn't attacked her or started hissing. Yet. She shouldn't jinx it. The other cat was also a site to see, what with her scars and greenish tinged fur. How did that happen? Green cat fur dye? Was that a thing? She also scented something... well, questionable. Was that DayClan scent? No, it couldn't be. But it was definitely strong. Funk would most surely want this cat questioned.
With a sweet, polite smile, Reprise glanced over. "Hey, uh, well, I'm Reprise. From Primal Instinct. Would it be possible to ask you a few questions?" Oh dear. What had she done? This was not the way to go about finding information out from passers-by. What was she thinking?
"Oh um. Hey, I don't want to be rude, but I don't take solicitors so if this is about you selling me a good time or some catnip I'm just not interested," Glowstar said with a polite, but uncertain smile.

Reprise blinked. Catnip trade? A good time? The cream coloured Bengal knew quite well what catnip was since she was an ex kittypet. Most called it a dangerously lovely substance that made many cats go... well, crazy. Making a mental note in her head at the fact that this cat knew of/had heard of/might involved in the selling of... ahem, "catnip." Interesting... Very interesting.
"I'm no solicitor or lawyer for that matter." Reprise purred, looking the other she-cat up and down. "And I'm not here to offer you anything of those natures. I am but a cat who merely deals with matters around the League." She cleared her throat. "So, don't get your hopes high. I merely want to ask a couple of questions and then we can both be on our way."
“Oh Glowstar, leave the poor kitten alone. She’s just getting used to her new job.” The amused mew came from behind the pair as the dark pelted tom leaped onto the roof next to the Dayclan leader. A clan, until recently he’d called home. Myst had grown into his new role however, his fathers swagger coming naturally to the blue eyed devil. “Why don’t you play with me instead?” He tossed a playful wink across the space between them. “I’m sure you’ve missed me.”
"Mister Myst," Glowstar purred in a sing song voice at his presence in delight. She immediately sashayed over to him circling him once before standing in front of him, "What are you up to out here? Hitting the late night parties?" She asked with a playful nudge. Her emerald gaze rolled back to the corner of her vision to look at Reprise considerably before turning to look at her fully, "I love a good round of questions, ask me as you please."

Gosh darn Myst for interrupting her interrogation (as she liked to call it), and making her look like a fool. Also, oops, this was Glowstar? The leader of DayClan? Y'know know those moments when you feel like sinking into one big hole and being eaten alive by crocodiles? Yeah, that's how the Reprise felt right then.
Clearing her throat, she glanced at Myst, a tinge of annoyance crossing her face. "Get your facts right, bro." She hissed. "I'm doing just fine with..." She cleared her throat. "Glowstar. Yeah, I knew that." She added in a low growl.
Still annoyed, she turned back to Glowstar. "Thank you. It's much appreciated. Everything will be confidential... Well, so long as it goes along with "the League guidelines for asking random rogue cats questions."
Myst smiled brightly at the leader, the proxy forgotten for the time being. Funny how the pretty she cat never failed to take his entire attention. "You know, kicking butt and taking names. The usual." He mewed before he too drug his gaze back towards the pestering she cat.
Bro? These former kittypets would be the death of him really with their hip lingo. He rolled his eyes at her annoyance, surely living with the likes of Funk as kin would have removed the stick from her spine. "Maybe we don't call the leader of Dayclan a random rouge cat." He chuckled again, at her expense. Though he felt a tiny bit bad. The young she was wasn't as traveled as he was and was still getting her footing.. He'd at least try to be helpful. "You should ask her how the Apocalypse panned out, far more interesting than the smuggling thing." A lazy wave of his tail was all the movement he made.

Reprise tightened. Myst was really getting on her nerves. She had to show him who was boss, which she assumed she was okay at. Assume being the key word there. Shrugging, she meowed, "Well, that's what I call the guidelines. I do apologize if Glowstar took offense, maybe they would be better applied to you?" She purred, going a little too far with her words then she had meant to. (Which was always the case with Reprise. Some might say her special little trait in fact).
Oh. He'd tried to be nice but now she'd done it. If she was going to strike any nerve it had to have been this one. He might not like his family but he was proud of where he came from. "Oh sweetheart. I come from a linage of cats greater than you can even wrap your little kittypet mind around." His voice was dripping with malice as he grinned, his claws digging into the roof under his paws. "While your kin were living the soft life eating those rabbit dropping twolegs call cat food and begging to be pet, mine were carving a path through the forest leaving nothing but blood and death in their wake." His gaze cut to the DayClan leader beside him, but deciding he didn't care if the she cat witnessed this. It was obvious there was discord in the League and they weren't giving up any any information here. "Just because your brother said you're relevant doesn't mean you are kitten."
"Soooo, are you going to ask your questions or like. Is this more of a cue for me to silently back away and continue on with my life?" Glowstar asked with a hint of confusion in her voice.
