Much like Kotori had done with Senescence some time ago, Zakiyyah had asked to meet with Innocentia. Of course, this sort of meeting brought different feelings than simply a report from a member of a district to another. The pretty feline was an enforcer, and presumably, given the seriousness of her request, wanted to talk to the Proxy about some sort of failing in the district she'd noted.
That wasn't at all why she was in search of the cutesy white she-cat, not at all. But that would be revealed soon enough.
