A loud yowl filled the camp, as a small orange tom violently thrashed under the weight of a stone that happened to have landed upon his paw while he was sleep. The stone had made its way down the steep cliff at the edge of camp, and camp to a stop on the young kit. Lynxkit screamed as he pulled trying to get his leg free of it's entrapment, but the stone wouldn't budge. A stinging numbing began to make its way up his leg, his cries for help becoming more and more frantic.
The sound of the cry had brought Frostkit running. The little she cat was quick to spot Lynxkit and hurried over to him. While she was by no means strong, she did try to push the stone off of his leg. "Don't move as much! It might make your leg hurt worse. Let me try to move it." Her blue eyes held a look of determination. She just had to push hard enough to move the stone right? Surely that couldn't be that hard.

"May the Sun God save me" he prayed as the other kit came over to help. He couldn't wiggeling under the weight of the stone, his nerves firing in over drive in response to the pain. "I can't feel my leg!" he replied with wide eyes. The young cat had never been so scared, and there was little that could be done to calm him. He closed his eyes as he tugged "get it off, get it off, get it off" he cried.
"Wait here I'll go and get help!" The little white she cat turned and scampered away. She didn't know many people here yet, but her mother was nearby. Surely she would help. Sure enough, she returned just minutes later with her mother at her side. Winter's blue eyes showed her concern as she tried to move the rock. She managed to get her shoulder under it, but she wasn't strong enough to move it on her own. "Try not to move too much." She tried her best to sound reassuring as she kept trying to move the rock. "We'll have you free soon I promise."

Lynxkit struggled to remain still, as the the other kit ran off to get some help.He whimpered, and winced as the pain rippled through him. He closed his eyes, as the world began to spin around him. By the time that winter returned, he was beginning to loose consciousness
Along with Winter, a few others were beginning to notice what was going on. Among them were Zendikdominance and Snapdragoncynosure, both of whom made their way over to help, though the former certainly seemed to take some time to do so.
"What happened!?" The fiery, multicolored she-cat questioned, moving to help Winter on one side, while Foxstar's son took the other. While the rock still wasn't easy to move, even with three cats, it was, slowly, beginning to shift, which was better than nothing at this very moment.
"I don't know. Frostkit came and got me. She brought me over to the nursery and I found him like this." Winter was still pushing with all her might. With the added help of the others now, she could feel the rock beginning to shift.
As it began to move, Frostkit hurried over to Lynxkit and began to tug on him in an effort to pull him out. He didn't look to good at this point. "Frostkit go and get Foxstar. Lynxkit is going to need her once we get him out." This sent the tiny kit running through the camp toward the Priestess's den, hoping that they weren't too late to save Lynxkit.

The she-cat was quick to turn to the kitten, her eyes scanning his body to see if there were any obvious injuries, then leaning closer to get a better look. She wasn't Foxstar, and therefore wasn't the clan's healer, but she'd been trained by her mother, just as the High Priestess had, and though she hardly ever used such skills, Snapdragoncynosure couldn't say they didn't come in handy. Especially when she had no idea where said Priestess was, and the tom needed to be looked after immediately.
Foxstar was in the den, however the Priestess happened to be napping. It wasn't too surprising, given that the she-cat hardly ever seemed to sleep. Even so, there was now the task of waking the she-cat up if anyone wanted her to look after Lynxkit.

Lynxkit groaned as the she-cat looked him over. There were a few scrapes from the rough stone, and he had managed to pop his shoulder out of place in his struggle to free himself. It leg was probably fractured, but not completely broken.
