Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Mudthistle sat alone on the far edge of camp, her yellow-green gaze fixed intently on a large oak tree that sat slone near the edge of the clearing near the brambles. She watched it thoughtfully; a single, half-auburn leaf that waved back and forth in the breeze from the small twig it clung onto. Looking carefully, the young warrior noticed how a couple of other leaves on the same branch were turning similar shades of red and brown along the edges. Was Leaf-Fall really starting so soon? It felt like Greenleaf had barely begun; it had flown by so quickly. Though being sick for a third of the season didn't help any.
As she sat there under the shade of the tree, another thought soon struck her. With the coming of Leaf-Fall, it would mark four seasons - a full year - since she had first arrived in Summerclan. So much had changed in that time...it was almost unbelievable. A soft, amused giggle escaped her as she thought about it; at this rate, she'd probably be an old hag before she knew it!

Comparatively, it had only been a few days since Spectreslight found her way to Summerclan. She wasn't entirely sure what brought her here, her feet felt more like they had brought her here of their own will. Questioning it was something she couldn't bother doing it anymore. It was always like this, and somehow she would be here in her precious leaf bare. Now she sat in the camp, picking at the pieces of grass strewn in her white pelt. Ears angling towards the faint laugh, she turned to look at Mudthistle. It dawned on her how empty the camp felt suddenly, and in a way it felt like it was closing in on her. Finally, she stood and approached the other she-cat, the world slowly expanding again as she stood next to her, tilting her head to the side a bit as to silently ask what was so funny.
The sound of approaching pawsteps alerted Mudthistle to her newfound company, and she glanced over at her clanmate, her brow furrowing briefly as she struggled to recall the newcomer's name. A lot of cats had been joining Summerclan lately for one reason or another, and despite her best efforts, it had been difficult to remember them all. "Spectresight, yeah?" She greeted with a welcoming dip of her head, before turning her attention back towards the waving leaves. After a moment, a sudden, harder gust of wind whipped at the pair's pelts, before knocking the half-crimson leaf from its perch. It twirled it in air, spinning around as it tumbled down and down and down...until landing right at Spectresight's feet. Mudthistle stared at it for a second, before letting out another snicker. "Congrats, friend. You've got the first leaf of Leaffall. Not sure what that means, but it's something."
