Keket-tyke laid in silence, staring into nothing. It was almost impressive, how easily she could let time just pass her by. There had once been a time when seconds felt like over and minuet felt like days. Now it seemed reversed. Time just passed her by, even when she was trying to keep track of it. She was too young to analyze why, or how, but the tyke had sensed the change since the day her parents passed away. Everything had changed, even just the simple moments in between.

Rory-tyke blinked sleepily as he awoke from yet another nap. The ginger and white tom also seemed to lose track of time, mostly because of his constant sleeping. He glanced around the post and blinked a few more times to rid the tiredness from his eyes. Spotting Keket-tyke, he gave a friendly wave of his tail.
