"You really think I want to harm her" she had to stop herself from chuckling, she shook her head slightly "I came here for one reason and one reason only, to bring my cats home. My newborns are waiting for me, my clan is waiting on their priestess. They have waited long enough. I'm tired of this senseless fighting, of grasping at shadows while your cats hide in their tunnels. While foxstar has been stuffed into a tunnel and left to suffer, Jasmine has been feasting on rabbits, playing with out apprentices, and being pampered like a princess. No one wants to harm her, but if you think for a moment that I wouldn't take the burden of her death upon myself to save those I care for than you are sorely mistaken"
Her eyes wandered over to the young cat who had once belonged to her clan "It's not a decision I have made lightly, and even the thought has weighed on me more heavily than you could ever imagine. I don't like violence, I never have. Unlike Foxstar, I have yet to take the life of another cat with these claws of mine. I don't want Jasmine to be the first. I to am a mother, and my children are counting on me to walk out of this place alive.Would you walk blindly into the enemies lair, with nothing to keep the monsters at bay? Would you have me leave my clan without their priestess or their promised? Would you have me never return to my children" they could say whatever they wished, all that she did was for her clan and family.
"Mars, let us go home. That is all that I have asked of you. You can have your daughter, she has been waiting to come home to you. Don't force me into hurting her.It is the last thing that I wish to do, but the order has already been given. If myself and Foxstar return home, so does she"

"Can I hit them yet?" Nightshadeintuition questioned innocently, eyes flitting between the Regime and SunClan cats before settling on Burningstar like she was a deity far more awe inspiring than the Sun. "I'm not going back there, no way." He glanced at Mars, mouthing 'please, for me'. If things really went south and smacking everyone didn't work, he would be happy to simply save the NightClan leader and run, if the two warring clans were so eager to destroy each other.
"Give them a moment, if the sentence is not, 'we both agree to release our prisoners', then I'll smack Mars, you can smack Littlebird." Burningstar said. "But avoid the eyes, we want them to come to their senses not actually hurt them." She added, "And don't worry, we're not leaving till the prisoners are released. And I will personally be going to SunClan as well to make sure the release of the Regime prisoners is completed as well and that they are in no worse condition." She added looking at Littlebird.
Skipstep rolled his eyes curling his lip, he wanted to tell the NightClan leader off, and he shifted closer to Littlebird a warning that if anyone took a step towards Littlebird, he'd hit them first. No one was laying a single paw on his mate. But he'd been around Littlebird when she was so close to kitting, he did not want to set the leader off, when she was already clearly out of patience. And ultimately, if the NightClan's leaders words got the Regime to pull their heads out from under their tails, who was he to complain? But he'd keep an eye on Nightshadeintuition. There would be no laying a paw on Littlebird... not if they wanted to keep it.
"Would you mind telling me the truth?" Mars had gone from being nearly ready to slit Littlebird's throat to a cold stare in mere moments. "You clearly don't know much about Raiser Jasmine apart from our shared pelt color. You stole her away from her tykes and forced her to stay in SunClan as a prisoner and yet you claim she is happy and spending time with your apprentices there? I knew SunClan had no honor, but I am surprised you would have the audacity to lie to my face and make the demand that I release both you and Foxstar in the same breath. When I have my soldiers back, you will have Foxstar. Just know that had you and Foxstar left us in peace in the first place, none of this would have happened. If she was lying about Jasmine, chances were she was lying about the rest of them as well. He supposed it wouldn't surprise him after everything SunClan had done.
Elise narrowed her navy blue eyes and barely restrained herself from baring her teeth and hissing at the leader of Nightclan at his remark to smack Mars. Much of this seemed foolish and it was almost like a ridiculous show, but she took any remark towards the Commander very seriously and did not find it amusing. To her, she saw a bunch of liars and manipulators surrounding them who would do anything to get what they wanted. Commander Mars spoke the truth she felt but there was no room for her to speak here, merely observe. She had no love for any of these cats and did not care what happened to the she-devil or her unborn kits. Surely kits born to a cat such as Foxstar would grow up to be just like her? Of course it was not the kits' fault for being born to the parent but she worried about how they would grow up in a place like Sunclan. It wasn't exactly warm or friendly in her experience.
Burningstar groaned in annoyance. "Foxstar and Nightshadeinttuition can not remain down here much longer, that is unnacceptable. SunClan will give you your cats back, but you need to release Foxstar and Nightshadeintuition. Your treatment of them has been abysmal," She said simply. "If it makes you feel better bring your whole StarClan damned group to SunClan's border and march Foxstar back to SunClan and then take your cats back. IF they have been mistreated, though I doubt it as from what I've heard they haven't had them nearly as long as you've held Foxstar, then we can negotiate reparations. But I will not have you keep these cats who have declined so severely in this prison for much longer." She said. "So are we all going to be taking a hike, or are we going to continue arguing like a bunch of mousebrains? All we're doing is wasting time, while innocent cats," She nodded to Nightshadeintuition, Foxstar was far from innocent. "Remain in limbo. One way or another I will not have any cats remain prisoner for a heartbeat longer, so figure out how you want this exchange done, and then you can go back to arguing over who's at fault and what reparations you want. But for now, all this arguing is doing nothing."
"You," She nodded to Commander Mars, "Want your daughter and your cats back, and you," She gestured to Littlebird, "Want your cats who have severely declined back. Frankly I want to prioritize getting Foxstar and Nightshadeintuition above ground and out of this hole. However, if we find evidence your cats suffered similarly, then we will discuss it after everyone is back home where they belong. So decide how you want to faciliate it, or StarClan help me I will smack you. Figure out the best way you want it done, yes, SunClan has done terrible, terrible things, I'm well aware. But honestly, they just want their leader back, just give her back, you get your cats back, if there is something remiss discussions can happen after everyone is back home safely but can we just get on with it!"
