Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
The water was clear and still, a limpid substance that rippled to life with every quaking breath exhaled upon Moonpaw''s lips that disturbed the liquid into wakeful aliveness. Blue hued optics glanced at the river as it flowed through the crack of the tree pouring off into the distance towards the sunset tinted heavens that cooled into blue with gathering night lingering eyes trained on the dancing shadows. Suddenly there was a noise that sounded behind him and Moonpaw turned around abruptly with a sharp breath, gazing questioningly into the darkness. "Who's there?" he called out into the darkness.
So much for remaining hidden Lionpaw thought to himself as he emerged from the shadows. The long white hairs scattered through his fur shimmered as he moved, like comets against the night sky. "Well since you found me, I suppose I at least owe you my name. I'm Lionpaw. I apologize for being on your territory. It's kind of a long story, but I'm just here looking for my friend. I can leave if you would like"
Moonpaw relaxed a little gave the tom a friendly smile. Lionpaw smelled of SunClan but to Moonpaw, he was just another cat. "No, you're fine. Although..." he glanced around to make sure none of his clanmates were around. Since he usually leaves camp alone, or at least tries to, he was by himself. "Okay. We're good." he continued. "I'm Moonpaw. Who are you looking for?" he asked.
Lionpaw was also relieved that so far the other apprentice seemed to be alone "I'm looking for sir squeakers. He has grey fur, long whiskers, no fur on his tail and is about thiiiiissss big" he smiled picking up his foot and barely hovering it off the ground.
"Sir squeakers is one of my best friends, but I haven't been able to find him since the earthquake"
Moonpaw gave a confused look. "Sir...squeakers?" he asked, puzzled. Is Sir Squeakers...a cat?" Theres no way.... "What exactly is Mr. Squeakers?" This Lionpaw was a weird one. Moonpaw wasn't the one to judge cats for their interests but this took him by surprise. SunClan cats sure do have weird apprentices. He gave a nervous laugh after the thought came to mind. "I guess I can help you find him."
"Sir squeakers is my friend" he insisited, not even mentioning the fact that Sir Squeakers was indeed a mouse "You'll help me?" he chirped happily "I have been taking care of Sir Squeakers since he was a baby, and he is very precious to me. I can't bare the thought of him being hurt some where"
"Well let's get a move on then. The longer we wait, the farther he could have gone off to." Moonpaw responded as he turned to face the opposite direction. Hopefully a patrol doesny come through and see him on our territory. "What does Mr. Squeakers look like?"
"I already told you that he huffed but gave a reminder any way "He has grey fur, long whiskers, no fur on his tail. There is a scar over one eye from his mother, and he is tiny" he hovered his paw over the ground, showing how tall his friend was "He loves strawberries!" he added a moment later, even thouhg he wasn't sure if it would be all the helpful "Oh maybe we can get some strawberries to lure him in. Do you have strawberries here?"
Moonpaw shrugged. "I dunno but there should be some around here," as he looked about him. A thought came to mind as the description made more sense to him. "Is your friend...a mouse?" he asked.
