Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. (Spot and racer the thread in which Stealthclaw is assumed dead by Celestialpaw, Divinepaw and Echomelody)
Since the move to the new camp, the clan had been bustling, busy, and chaotic. A lot of things had gone unnoticed and the one biggest thing was that Stealthclaw had seemingly disappeared completely. while she'd only been gone for one night, it was enough to make Celestialpaw concerned. She didn't want to lose her adopted mother.
So when Stealthclaw didn't return for the second night, it was time for action.
Celestialpaw nudged Divinepaw. "Hey, meet me up on the surface at the end of the winding path." She told her brother, before she slipped out of the apprentice den. Echomelody should be getting back from the dawn patrol, the last patrol of the night for the clan, and she hurried to catch her adopted sister, and tell her what she was thinking.
If the clan wasn't going to have a search party for Stealthclaw now, they would.
Echomelody padded in behind her patrol, her jaws parting in a large yawn. She was exhausted and dead on her paws. The black and white tuxedo she-cat was just about to retreat to the warriors den when her adopted sister bounded over to her. "Oh hello, Celestialpaw" she yawned again. "What's wrong? You look worried."
"Mother has yet to return," Celestialpaw meowed seriously. "Today's dawn marks the end of the second night she has been noted as missing. I want to go look for her at once, will you come with me? I've asked Divinepaw to come as well if he can."
Suddenly, Echomelody's expression changed. It went from tired and drained to horrified and concerned. Just now, Echomelody realized she hadnt seen her adopted mother and she felt sick with guilt. How could she not have noticed? Some daughter she was. Echomelody pushed the guilt away temporarily and looked at Celestialpaw seriously, "Of course I will go with you. There has been strange activity out there. Weird smells and tracks. I think its important that we find her."

Divinepaw suddenly came barreling out of the apprentice's den and tackled both his sisters "come on girls, we need to get a move on" he declared, as if he wasn't the one that was running behind. "We have got a lot of ground to cover, and there is only three of us"
"Great StarClan Divinepaw! Do you want to yowl to everyone we're going out into the territory this morning?" Celestialpaw huffed picking herself up. "Our goal is to find mother, and we must do so quickly and carefully, we must expect the worst." She said primly as she began to head towards the mouth of the cavern that led into the cenote's area. They'd take the winding path up.
"Come on!" Celestialpaw insisted darting out of the caverns and heading up the winding path, eyes focused up on the land that glowed brightly in the dawn's early light. "The sooner we get out there, the more likely we are to find something in daylight."

Divinepaw rolled his yes "I don't care who knows what we are doing, there isn't anyone here that is going to stop us from looking for our mother" he nodded, he was taking this seriously but he dealt with this differently than his siblings. Whenever he got nervous he had to do something about, he became restless and almost unbearable to those around him. It was almost as if he were a lightning bolt, searing anything and everything in his path "I already have been that way once by myself once to see if I could find any clues and to scout out the area for dangers" he added, trying to his voice a little quieter, even though it was obviously very difficult for him "There are so many scents that is difficult to pick up anything. It was overwhelming, and honestly I don't know that we will have much more luck with only three of us going"
"I think I recall her saying something about hunting near the corner of our territory where our borders with sunclan and moonclan meet." Celestialpaw noted. "So we'll start there." She said.

"Thats sounds like a great idea" he nodded eagarly "The land beyond there is actually really beautiful, so maybe she is just enjoying some good hunting"
