His long black fur glimmered in the bright sunlight that poured across Waterclan's camp. He let out a massive yawn and waved his paws in the sky as if he could catch the sun and bring it down to earth. Calamityshrine, recently named deputy, could not be in any more bliss than he was now. Chim really believed in him! He really did! The thought made him hum cheerily into the breeze. It had been so long since someone actually had faith in him. He wasn't going to mess this up! Even if the leader seemed to have regretful belief, it was still something. His striking blue eyes blinked open and squinted against the bright light before he rolled over to observe the camp. That's what deputies did right? What else did they do?
