Littlepaw nodded lightly, she had gotten over the initial excitement of becoming Turbulentseas apprentice and now coursing through her was something new. She had been a little confused waking in the medicine cats den for the first time, but it soon passed as she remembered everything that had happened on their long journey to the Moon Pool. The small she-cat was looking forward to learning all she could, pushing her nerves aside so she could focus. She had been a kit when Spiderfang had been injured, hopefully he wouldn't think her incapable to help him. "That must have hurt, did you give him anything to help ease the pain before you did it?" She looked at her mentor as she asked the question, her eyes glowing.

THE CONFLICTED - NIGHTCLAN MEDICINE CAT
"Yes I gave him some poppy seeds, but resetting a bone that is out of place is going to be painful no matter how much herbs you give them unfortunatley. It's not pretty, so I usually give them a stick to bite down on" he chuckled knowing that the black tom wouldn't be happy to see him, even though he was only there to help..
It didn't take long for them to find Spiderfang, but as he suspected he wasn't very happy about it until Turbulentsea reassured him that they were just checking on his shoulder and not going to be setting it again. After a few growls and grumbles, spiderfang sat down and let them examine his shoulder.
Turbulentsea ran his paw over the shoulder, feel for abnormalities "Come feel" he encouraged, wanting her to get some first hand experience "The shoulder joint should fit smoothly into the socket here. If you run your paw over the outside edge of the shoulder you will feel the rounded edge of the socket. If the bone is out of place,you will feel the rounded ball sticking out. His shoulder has luckily remained in place, but you can tell it was injured due to the swelling in the area. We will give him something to help with the inflammation"
