Leonix's massive form was almost too large to fit in the nursery, his wild and muscular appearance a deep contrast from the warm, milk-scented safety of the den. In a way, the silver tom almost seemed like a dangerous invading force, a looming creature that would have caused most cats on first glance a deep sense of unease. However, with a delicate and sensitive care the tom tip-toed his way gingerly through the littering of tiny nests and tiny bodies he could have crushed with one misplaced step, until he got to a small opening space. There the Caretaker dropped the moss and feathers he had held tightly clamped in his jaws, and got to work on fixing up a new nest in place of the old and worn one he had disposed of moments prior.
