Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Ice crept through her veins, freezing her blood and sending violent shivers along her small frame. The sun blared down on her, a hot breeze ruffling her long fur, but she could not feel the warmth. She stumbled along, each step an impossible feat, fighting off the darkness that threatened to overwhelm her. The world spun around her, her pale honey eyes darting rapidly around to try to make sense of her surroundings.
Where was she? The scent in her nose was unfamiliar, this territory she traversed was foreign. How long had she been walking? Days? Weeks? Months? Where had she come from? Hazily she dug through her memories and found... nothing. Blankness met her every inquiry, and with a hot flash of panic she realized she couldn't remember her name. She whimpered, jerking left into a tree in her delirium. Her stomach roiled, and she took three more steps before vomiting onto the dirt.
"Mom?" She pleaded with the empty forest, tears welling in her feverish eyes. She was a pretty she-cat, brown and white, but clearly young, either old apprentice or young warrior aged. Her frame was underfed, perhaps from illness or something else, but she was also clearly pregnant, her stomach mildly swollen.
"Mom," she repeated, incapable of saying anything else, stumbling further into the foreign territory.
(meant to post this a while ago! she'll end up joining the clan but having no memory of her past. I need someone to find her and then talk with her after her sickness passes cx
also, maybe since sunclan is kind of culty they convince her that she’s always lived there, as a way to keep her and her kits from leaving. she won’t regain her memory, so she’ll be kind of forced to believe them, but she’d always have this doubt)
[Sorry for missing this thread XD] Littlebird's shadow fell upon the young she-cat, the harsh sun shining brightly behind her. She had been watching the progression for a while now, debating on if she should intervene. The small cat wasn't a threat in her current state, but those who followed her might be. With no one in sight, and the she-cat collapsing she made her approach "I'm not your mother little one, but perhaps you might allow me to help. My name is Littlebird, the priestess promised of SunClan. I can bring you back to the safety of my clan"
"Sunclan?" The young she-cat was unable to do anything else except parrot the word back to Littlebird, shaking violently on her feet. "Okay. Sunclan." She whispered as the world spun in nauseating circles around her, blackness creeping in at the edges of her vision. She took another step forward, her breath hitching in her throat, unable to vomit up anything from her empty stomach. With a small cry, her world spun faster and faster, until it was gone, and she collapsed.
(little time skip to when she's not delirious cx)
She came to slowly, fighting the weight that threatened to drag her back into unconsciousness. Eventually her eyes opened, fear filling them when she took in her unfamiliar surroundings. She was in a nest, but it smelled foreign to her. She felt less sick than before, but her panic grew when her name and her past would still not come back to her. "Hello?" She called in a raspy tone, trying to push down her nerves. She would remember soon, surely.
"Oh so your awake" came a soft voice, with a slight purr emerging towards the end of her words, Littlebird made her way over having just finished checking on one of her other patients "the sun god must have been watching over you, you were in bad shape when I first found you. I brought you back here to SunClan to try and revive you and save your little ones. How are you feeling?" the scent of milk clung to her own pelt, showing that she had little ones of her own near by.
