Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
on this patrol, they discover a litter of fox cubs in a previously-abandoned den in the rabbit meadow and must decide what to do before the mother comes home. they can decide to steal the cubs and keep them as pets (though, maybe not the best idea), catch food for them, try to lure them away from summerclan territory, leave them in peace ... kill them... whatever the patrol decides! just watch out for that angry mama.
you can begin below, and i'll duck out of the thread here.

Crimsonlife stared across the main stream which divided SummerClan's territory in half. A breeze from the west brought to his nose the odor of rabbit mingled with the scent of wild flowers. The stepping stones lay just ahead of him as he paused for the rest of the patrol to catch up with him. Although he itched to cross over to the rabbit meadow, he'd go when everyone else got here. He hoped they'd find the foxes that have been depleting SummerClan's prey. He couldn't wait to sink his claws into one.

Dawnmist was taking her time as the patrol made its was through the territory, she didn't feel like being rushed and so she slowed her pace deliberately, watching as Crimsonlife pulled further ahead only to stop and wait at the river. She could tell he was itching to get on with it, they had been given an important job and although she was equally worried about the foxes that had been rampaging through SummerClan she was in no huge rush to come into contact with them. Dawnmist stopped at the stepping stones a pawstep or two from the tom and sat down as the rest of the group caught up.
Mudthistle was quick to bound past the rest of the patrol over to the river's edge, looking just as eager as Crimsonlife to get going, if not more so. Being a young, new warrior, her experience with foxes was limited only to her knowledge on them. All she knew about the creatures was what she had heard in stories from older cats, and the idea of facing such a firey beast in battle not-so-secretly thrilled her. She had been stuck in the camp recovering from illness for the past three moons now; it was finally time for an adventure worthy of her skills as a Summerclan warrior!

Glad that Dawnmist and his best friend, Mudthistle, caught up to him, Crimsonlife looked back to see if the rest of the patrol was arriving. "Have either of you seen Starkstorm or Speckledpaw? What's keeping them?" he asked. He took a few steps to stand next to Mudthistle and looked back across the stream. "Maybe we could go over there without them," he mused thoughtfully. "We'll have to anyway if they don't show up. There's three of us."

Dawnmist shrugged in reply to Crimsonlife and sat down licking a few patches of fur to smooth them. "I dont care, the sooner we do this the sooner I can enjoy the rest of my day." She mewed with a snoddy tone.

"You're right Dawnmist," Crimsonlife meowed, a little impatiently. "Let's go. I don't think they're coming." He leaped onto the stepping stones and went across.
