Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Morning dew lay covering the earth in a thin layer as the early light of the sun began to show along the horizon, birds awoke from sleep singing and prey began to stir beyond. It was promising already to be a beautiful day, so long as nothing came along to ruin it. Antkit poked her head out of the nursery, morning was her favorite part of the day when everything was still fresh from the sleep of night undisturbed by the waking world. The camp was still quiet though she could hear yawns as warriors and apprentices began to stir, their day would soon start and the quiet would be lost to the busy hustle of training, patrols and hunting. Paws light and quiet she slipped from the warmth of the milk scented den and sat down next to the entrance ready to watch once more as the day began.
Firekit stretched in his nest, and opened one eye as he looked to see who was awake and walking around. When he saw it was Antkit, he gave a big yawn, slowly rose as he stretched each muscle, before getting out of his nest. He could still smell the morning dew and curled his tail in delight as he didn't smell any rain in the air. *Good* He thought to himself. * A beautiful day ahead.* Firekit made his way over to Antkit and and cocked his head quietly at her. "Morning, Antkit!" He greeted her with a dip of his head and a soft smile.
Antkit had been so focused on watching the day start around her that she had not noticed her denmate appear from the nursery until he spoke, his voice drew her back to reality. Startled she jumped and let out a pitiful squeak, her first thought was that her brother Spiderkit had found her gone and came to get her but as she turned her head her body relaxed a little. "H-hello Firekit, Good m-morning." She began to stutter lightly, like always when fear gripped her even if only for a moment. "I didn't w-wake you did I?" She had tried to be quiet, but had been so determined to get out without waking her siblings she had not thought about the others.
