Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
(Apprentices only! You can join in with your DayClan, SunClan, NightClan, and Absum Lux apprentices!)
Glowstar stood back with the other pride leaders watching the apprentices in the distance. Although it would have made sense to make Absum Lux walk over to their territory it felt only kind to come to Absum Lux when they were just getting started with a new leadership era. The idea of the gathering was for apprentices to hangout and grow to respect the alliance the four clans had with one another so when they grew up to be warriors they would have more devotion to the Pride.
Absum Lux
Sable-kepa was a fluffy ashen black she-cat with white bengal legs, she had just joined Absum Lux yesterday and was already feeling anxious. Now she had to suddenly meet with three other clans, what if they didn't like her and she blew hanging out with other cats her age?
NightClan
Raspberrypaw's golden pelt whipped around in a circle at least three times before she bolted into the crowd of apprentices and steered to a stop, "HI! I'm Raspberrypaw," She said with a glittery wide smile.
She had a white chest and chin with speckled dots along her back like a fawns. Judging by her chirpy tone she likely was a young apprentice, but if people assumed that they would be wrong, she was on the older side. Although she wasn't too small she had yet to hit her growth spurt and because of her childish attitude cats simply assumed and excused her hyper behavior.
Peach padded over to Glowstar, greeting the she-cat with a polite dip of the head. He was deeply appreciative that the she-cat had offered up a spot in the pride alliance to help out the coalition and he wasn't sure if he could ever repay her, but seeing her tended to bring up memories of SpringClan and DayClan's joint capture, a time which he'd rather forget. Come to think of it, weren't NightClan and SunClan in the pride alliance as well?
...It would be fine. It would have to be.
"Glowstar," he purred, sitting beside her. "I know I've said this before, but thank you for the invite. The coalition appreciates it deeply. Also, thank you for not making us walk too far. I fear we would have lost our sage on the long journey," he added drily.
"Hi, Raspberrypaw!" Yumemi-kepa chirped, bounding up to stand by Sable-kepa's side. The energetic she-cat was determined to make the coalition's newest tyro feel welcome, though it was entirely possible that she'd just scare the poor girl off with all her enthusiasm instead. "I'm Yumemi-kepa, the sage of Absum Lux! I think that's the same thing as a medicine cat apprentice," she added, for the benefit of the others. She studied the NightClan apprentice intently; she seemed peppy and fun, similar to Yumemi herself. Maybe her and Yumemi could be friends too, if the young sage played her cards right.
Dayclan "Is -kepa the same thing as paw?" Celestialpaw turned her ever-laughing eyes from the apprentice she had been talking to to Raspberrypaw and Yumemi-kepa. "Your names sure are interesting. I guess I'm just used to clan names." Apart from a few cats in Dayclan, including her father Fang, most had traditional names. The small ginger tabby had been eager to come out tonight, to meet cats from different clans. Maybe she would see some of the Sunclan kits she had met during her, ah, imprisonment as a kit, though her siblings certainly felt more of a loyalty to Sunclan than she did.
NightClan "Raspberrypaw!" Skypaw, a blind silver tabby hurried after her sister. "Wait up!" She cried as she came to a halt beside her sister.
Burningstar entered the area, she let out a sigh, though her expression was bemused at Raspberrypaw running ahead of the group. She turned back to the apprentices she'd brought with and waved her tail. "Go on and mingle," She told the young cats, "This is to get to know your fellow Pride members, as well as welcome Absum Lux to our ranks."
After she let the apprentices disperse she went to join Peach and Glowstar. "Hello!" She greeted warmly, "Thank you for hosting our first apprentice gathering," She told Peach. "And we're quite happy to have you as part of the pride. it feels right to be four again." She trailed off, expression growing sad for a moment in memory of Kerrigan. Though she shook it off. "How is Absum Lux by the way?" She asked glancing around at the area. She'd been rather intrigued by the territory Absum Lux had made their home. This was clearly a very unique group and she was keen for her apprentices to learn about their new allies, and hopefully herself as well.

Dayclan
Goldenpaw found herself hesitating, which was out of character for the normally social she-cat. Only joining Dayclan a short few moons ago, she felt almost like she was spying on the gathering. Shaking her head, the thoughts dislodged themselves. She was Dayclan now, so she ought to act like it. Smiling as she entered the fray, she chirped "Hi, I'm Goldenpaw." to anyone who would hear.

SUNCLAN: Littlebird was the next to arrive, her group of apprentices all standing in formation around her with their pelts painted in intricate designs. While it might seem odd to the other groups, the paint they wore had meanings. Everything represented something, from the colors to the symbols that they choosen to wear. SunClan was not new to the pride, but the other leaders were used to having Foxstar in their midst. As they reached the edge of the small gathering, she dismissed the younger cats and padded over to the other three leaders. She had already briefed the apprentices on what would be happening tonight, and what was expected of them. This little meeting needed to go well, if peace was to be maintained. It had taken her a little longer to get her own cats ready, and to make the journey to the apprentice gathering. The regime had been making attacks at every turn, and she had to be careful that their territory remained well protected in her absence.
That is when her eyes landed upon peach. How would he react now that SunClan had arrived? After all he had once been imprisoned by her clan, though she herself had been rather sick at the time. She had spent most of the time that they had been captured stuck in the den she shared with Foxstar, only taking short walks to stretch her legs. The pregnancy had almost taken her life, and most of what she learned about that happened during that time was through Foxstar and the other Janus. She had only laid eyes upon the leader a few times, but his features were distinct enough to make him instantly recognizable.
Littlebird dipped her head in greeting to the three other leaders, taking her place at their sides "Yes SunClan appreciates you holding the first apprentice gathering in your lands as well. I hope that all of our apprentices will learn from these encounters. Absum Lux's strength is a welcome addition to the pride"
ABSUM LUX / LEADERS Peach nodded at Burningstar's words, though he became somewhat distracted when Littlebird approached the leaders. SpringClan's imprisonment under SunClan was still a sore spot for him, given that the guilt he felt over it was half the reason behind them stepping down and exiling himself. Still, Littlebird had seemed to have very little to do with all of that, anyway - after all, it had been NightClan that had attacked their camp, and it had been Burningstar specifically who he'd surrendered to on that fateful night.
"The coalition is doing well," he said, picking his words carefully, "except for our camp, which is sort of falling apart because Twolegs built it only to abandon it, so that's...not ideal." He made a face. Bless this coalition and its scary church-camp. "I hope our tyros are able to learn about how the Clans live," he added. "Having lived in two myself, I try explain some things to them, but, uh...Well, I think it's best they hear it from the current apprentices," he said with a tentative, sheepish smile.
ABSUM LUX / APPRENTICES
"Yup, -kepa is just the same thing as the -paw suffix!" Yumemi-kepa nodded, "although when the tyros get promoted, they don't get a new suffix. We just take the -kepa off." She peered around at the newcomers, committing each of their faces to memory. Someday she may need to rely on them support, assuming this alliance didn't crash and burn like most of her relationships seemed to.
"Hi, Goldenpaw!" she said to the DayClan apprentice who was approaching the group. "Come sit by me, there's space on my left!" A quick glance to her left made her realise there wasn't actually much space on her left, so she squished up to the unfortunate cat beside her in an attempt to make some more room. "Lots of space!"

Dayclan
"Hi... Yumemi-kepa, right?" She tilted her head a little, but squeezed her way in between Yumemi and another apprentice. Their sides touched and the touch starved Goldenpaw did her best not to lean on her new acquaintance. Curling her tail over her paws, she said quick hellos to Raspberrypaw and Skypaw, not quite catching their names. Looking over the three, they reminded her of her younger friends. Just as peppy and friendly. It should be easy for them to become friends. Turning back to Yumemi-kepa, "You said you were the equivalent of a medicine cat apprentice, if I heard to correctly. Though it must be hard to grow herbs around here." Sure, she wasn't familiar. But they were in Absum Lux territory, and it was quite the opposite of the Dayclan fields she'd grown used to.

SUNCLAN "I supposed the clans are rather different than Absum lux" Littlebird nodded, looking over at all the apprentices that how mixed together so that it was hard to tell one clan apart from the others. Foxstar had taught her about the group in the past, but every time a new leader took over at least some small changes took place. For better or worse... She thought about offering to allow some her Janus to take a look at their camp, however she got the feeling that they would be unwelcome guests. She didn't want to impose, not yet at least "You are a member of the pride now, if we may be of assistance just send word" ~~ A stark white apprentice approached the group of she-cats, a big grin upon his face "Heeelllooo ladies" he greeted with a purr. "The name is Romancepaw, and I do hope that you will allow me to join you" ~~~ Lionpaw hung back from the rest of the apprentices, a little nervous about what was to come. What if they had to spar at these meetings?

ABSUM LUX Belle-kepa was almost ready for her promotions. Of course, Jezi was no longer leader, and she really didn't know where her friend and mentor had gone, but she didn't let it bother her. Jezebelle was probably, hopefully fine. She had to be, right? Anyways, she had to go talk to her new friends from the other clans! The obnoxiously chipper feline pranced over to the group, an almost worrying sort of grin on her face, like she was going to suck them into some sort of scheme of hers whether they liked it or not. "SO, who here wants to start a fan club!?" It wasn't exactly and introduction, and she wrapped one foreleg around Lionpaw's shoulders without regard to personal space, basically shouting to get all the attention from everyone present so far.
If there was an award for most annoying cat in Absum Lux, the tabby had earned it, hands down. She was irritatingly chatty, has no sense of timing, respect for boundaries, and rarely if ever listened to disagreement. Once she was roping you into something, you sort of just had to go along with. "Wait, don't answer that, OF COURSE YOU WANT TO BE PART OF THE FAN CLUB, DUH!" Pulling out a necklace off her tail, where other various pieces of 'merch' currently resided, she slipped the vine ring, pieces of blunted, broken glass hanging from it, as well as a crudely carved and painted rock that was probably supposed to look like peach, but instead looked like some sort of demented and deformed rabbit with whiskers, splotchy black dots for eyes, and cat ears over Lionpaw's head.

Lionpaw's eyes widened as suddenly a stranger's paws were wrapped around him"I...uhmm" he wasn't used to cats invading his personal space, but she had picked probably the one cat here who wouldn't fight her.
Raspberrypaw gave a little nudge at Skypaw's shoulder with her head, "Teheeh, couldn't help myself, come on let's go have some fun! Oh! We should cover more ground, go over there and I'll go over here," Raspberrypaw said racing off despite the fact that her sister was blind and who the heck knew what over there meant without seeing her gesture? Raspberrypaw raced over to Romancepaw, "Hi there, I'm Raspberrypaw! I'm from NightClan and I just wanted to say that your clan looks super beautiful from over the border. It's so shiny and the rivers look super clear. I wish NightClan's rivers look clear, I mean, maybe they do, but you can never tell at night with all the shadows and leaves in the water," She giggled.
ABSUM LUX
Sable-kun sat next to Yumemi-kepa with the other apprentices, "Maybe we could play a game, it's been so long since we could play a kit game, how about clan?" She suggested, "You know, we pick a leader and have two rival clans," She purred.
