Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
She wasn't expecting him despite the fact that rumor said that she knew everything that went on in the league. The tom stretched out and rolled onto his back as her purred slightly at the comfort of the two-leg bed under his body. The crackling of the fire warming his pelt as he released a yawn through the purrs. She'd be surprised... and probably a bit mad that the tom was sleeping in her bed. Not like he particularly cared what the proxy thought. He wasn't exactly here to impress nor was he here because he knew Senescence would call on him eventually to give him the "talk" that he hard she gave all the others who joined her district. No, he was merely here because he had heard that Senescence's den was the comfiest in the entire run down mansion, and so far he had heard correctly.

Lynx truly did underestimate her abilities, didn't he? She'd known he was back, and that he'd chosen her district, probably presuming she'd let him laze around. Not that he would be wrong, pretty much everyone knew you couldn't really make Lynx do things. When those she'd sent out hadn't been able to find him, Senescence had more or less guessed where he'd be. She'd never really intended to, but maybe she'd have to actually consider a guard at the entrance, if only to ensure that she would actually get peace and quiet in her own den.
When she entered the room, she saw him lying on her bed, not really surprising, the more she thought about it. "There's an entire floor dedicated to rooms for you lot, you know." She commented, leaping up between a few trinkets on the mantle and laying down. The Proxy could kick him out later. Personally, it didn't seem worth the effort when she'd been searching for him to talk with him anyhow.

"Yeah, but none of those rooms are quite as comfy as yours." Lynx said in response with a sly smile slipping onto his muzzle as he looked at Senescence while still flipped on his back. "Plus don't you want to spend time with an old friend? After all, it's been moons since we've seen each other." He rolled over onto his stomach at the question to get a better look at the proxy's reaction. Oh, how he missed annoying her, not that Senescence really got annoyed all that much. He couldn't really recall a time where the she-cat truly got irritated with him, but he could tell that she did get frustrated with him at times and it brought the lazy tom much amusement that he could prod such a reaction out of someone usually so stoic.
