Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
It had been a few weeks since he had found himself at the border of the Renegade Regime. His back right leg mangled and the right side of his face almost unrecognizable. The chocolate brown tom knew how silly he was probably being. After all, Adanna hadn't spoken to Green in years.... or was he supposed to call her Glowstar? The name felt weird on his tongue considering his mother had always referred to her as Aunt Green. The whiskers on his uninjured side brushed against the side of the tunnel as he struggled to remember the correct path he was supposed to take. It still felt like a maze traveling through the tunnels despite Miracle's best efforts at trying to show him around. He let out a pent up sigh in relief as he finally began to go up hill and saw light filtering through an opening. The tom squeezed his small frame through the hole and winced slightly as his twisted back leg bumped against the the edge of the hole. His gaze narrowing at the light from the moon, causing him to paw at his eyes as he adjusted. He hadn't been outside the tunnel since arriving, his sister wanting him to stay hidden within the confines of the tunnels. The old him would have argued against this notion. The old him would have found the tunnels cramped and lacking in freedom, but now he longed to slink back into the tunnels where he was guaranteed safety. His sister was going to kill him once he got back if Primal Instinct didn't catch wind first that he was still alive. He recalled fighting with Miracle only a few days prior when he brought up the idea of visiting Green. The former Chaman had insisted that she would inform Green when the time was right, but Liam just didn't feel like it was right unless the news came from the muzzle of a cat who had known every side of his mother. The good, the bad, and the ugly. He bit his lower lip as he realized now that he had limped his way to the mouth of the entrance of the camp. How mad was the Dayclan leader going to be with him just waltzing into her clan? He hadn't exactly learned proper clan etiquette living in Primal Instinct and as a loner.
How mad would DayClan's leader be with an outsider waltzing around? Probably not as mad as when he tripped right over her. Not that it was his fault, Glowstar was lying in the tall wild flowers, her scent completely engulfed by the more florescent smells around her and her body perfectly concealed under the floral veil. Glowstar raised her head lazily to see what ran into her this time. When she looked at him she realized it was another intruder. She lied her head back down to stare up at the clouds above, "Business or pleasure?" She asked, her voice was like a soft like a whispery song, yet lazy as a summer breeze.
As the worries plagued his mind his eyes grew wide as he tripped over something in the tall flowers. The tom landing on his injured leg as he let out yelp and pushed himself into a sitting position. The leg throbbed with pain and he felt his heart sink as he considered the idea that he could have somehow broken it further. "Son of a-" He cut himself off and the idea faded away as he realized the cat laying in front of him. Was this... Glowstar? The she-cat looked different, older, then he last remembered, but the grass stains that he recalled her having in his youth was still painted on her paws. "Glowstar... sorry... I didn't see you." He sat up straight as he spoke. He knew Green wouldn't remember him, after all he had only met her a few times in passing. His mother had kept her at an arms length with the fear that Green would try to convince them of having a relationship with their grandfather, or even worse actually take them to see him.
