Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. Soaringdawn let out a deep breath, he could do this. It had been less than a moon since he was murdered by Primal Instinct cats, his eyes had been gauged, but now in StarClan there were no scars to be had, he looked just as he did without any wounds, the same father Amethystpaw knew. He had been told not to be a spirit guide so soon and while they were right, he had to. This was the only time he'd see his daughter again, he wanted to be with Amethystpaw, watch her grow up, be there to help train her. He had been an emissary, but he was willing to give this his all if it meant having a few more precious moons with her.
After mustering up his courage he walked into the apprentices den and gently brushed his paw against Amethystpaw's cheek, "Hey sleepyhead, wake up," Soaringdawn purred, his amethyst eyes glinted with tears, she looked so much older, yet he knew that it was just his mind playing tricks on him, he had only died half a moon ago.
