The buzzing of a bee near his ear distracted him. Empyreanliaison sat back with a growl, batting at the creature, and watched it dart out of range of his paw before returning. The tom hissed, even more frustrated, and took another swipe. The bee was angered, its wings buzzing even more loudly, and suddenly it started to go after the warrior. He spun around and fled, deeply regretting his actions and rethinking his entire life's decisions up until that moment.
A small laugh escaped Gracie's throat as she watched the spectacle. She simply couldn't help it despite the fact that she did feel sorry for him. A bee sting wasn't something she would wish on anyone. Maybe she should help? She didn't think there was much she could do at this point, but she would follow him anyway. She ran after him hoping she wasn't too late to catch up. If he was lucky, perhaps the bee would decide it wasn't worth chasing him after a little bit.

Empyreanliaison wasn't a cat much afraid of anything. All the same, he didn't like bees, had even heard some cats were allergic, and he wasn't about to test his own luck. It took him a long few moments to notice the she-cat catching up to him, and it was only when he checked back to see a few of the little creature's friends had joined up that he saw Gracie in his peripheral. Great, they could die by bees together.
"I've heard bees don't like water. If there's a river or something nearby you might be able to escape them!" Honestly despite the danger of being stung, Gracie was actually having fun. She couldn't quite explain it, but rather than fear, she felt exhilarated. "Come on! If you don't move faster they're going to catch up!" She shot him a very large grin as she said this.
