Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Shatteredmelody hated leaf-fall. She hated how open and desolate it became. When she was in Winterclan, it didn't bother her as much because snow was a constant. Instead of a dead landscape, it was shimmering and white. Everything was coated in a smooth coat of white unlike Brookclan, where everything had become a dull brown color. It was a dull territory in winter, and the she-cat despised it. Because of that, she had been spending more time in camp or on the edges of the territory, rather than the main part of it. She looked forward to the upcoming gathering, relishing the chance to see something other than dead leaves.
Stretching, the former co-deputy stood from her position by the water. Prey had been slow, and she got bored rather quickly. She turned to head deeper into the territory, letting out a slow breath. Her eyes stayed on the sky, trying to avoid the landscape around her.
"Hi there!" Athena called out brightly as Shatteredmelody came into view. The pretty young she-cat had tried her luck at hunting, but, the prey just wasn't playing ball with her today. To be honest she had found it extremely annoying and frustrating but, those feelings had dissipated almost instantly when she'd spotted her clan-mate. "I hope you're having better luck hunting than I am" she added, hurrying her pace to catch up to the other cat.
Shatteredmelody let her head fall back as she heard Athena. Pausing, she waited for the she-cat to catch up before replying. "Of course not. Not even a single fish." The white she-cat gave a half smirk to her before continuing through the territory. This time, she focused more on prey than anything else. "How long have you been out hunting?"
