Lexington hadn't left the clan with Riverwolf but he was beginning to wish he had. It was uncomfortable without the other rogues around, or at least with less of them, and he had never quite fit in to begin with. He trailed through the territory alone, pausing only when he spotted a half-eaten mouse someone had left sitting at the base of a tree. Why they had done it he couldn't fathom, but it made him sick, so he gritted his jaw and looked away. "Waste of prey," he muttered.
