Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Spookbat loved the idea of being a mother, but she worried too. All mothers-to-be worry, but she’d neared panic attacks on multiple occasions. While Snowshod was there every step of the way, she was the one carrying the kits and he still had duties to the clan to attend to. That didn’t leave as much free time for him to spend with her as she’d like nor did it keep her from getting k to her own head. Luckily, she was at the end of the road. Panic surged through her, growing with every contraction as she laid in her nest. Her eyes were glazed over in pain, worry and fear. Would she survive? Would the kits? Too many times she’d heard and seen mothers and kits not make it through kittings, would this be one of those times? “Snowshod!”
———————————————————————————————————————— Okay so Snowshod and Spookbat both have some trauma. I’ll let Cleaver explain Snowshods cus she knows it better, but both were kidnapped as apprentices by twolegs and it left Spookbat with some PTSD. She also suffers from watching her father be killed in front of her while protecting her. So she’s got issues. She’s insecure, fearful and has flashbacks. Two of the kits are taken. They each have a picture to help you understand how the look. Frozenlaughter is named after Jynxlaughter who was Spookbat’s father. He was mates with Dustheart and they separated when their kits were found by Dustheart. The tom didn’t know what to do with kits and only ah big one father and one that was tentative also out pressure in Spookbat. She and her father were very close having both been pranksters and fun living creatures. He was her rock when she came back from being abducted.
She'll have flashbacks that may scare the kits becuase she basically falls in on herself and stops talking, zones out and is like the creature in the corner that doesn't move besides to growl. She’d be a worried and yet loving mother. A little sheltering, trying to keep them home and safe and away from the trauma her and Snowshod both faced. So feel free to use that idea kn making your cat. She’ll be especially protective of Frozenlaughter due to him being named after her father.

sweats are we sure we want to explain snow's mess this poor boy
basically every time snow left the house it was Not Good. the first time he snuck out with his sister a tunnel collapsed on top of them and they nearly died so he was scared of the dark, and then he got kidnapped by the fallclan mca and experimented on, oh and it turned out his father was a medicine cat and got demoted? for it and then his mother was murdered, and thennn he was kidnapped in the twoleg plot w spookbat, and then an rr cat stole his eye as one does but he's totally better now no problems at all issue free yup
but he'll be a chill father, v supportive of his kids even though he'll have No Clue how to interact with them sometimes
Snowshod felt terrible about not being by his mate every moment of the day but he was busy with patrols and sleep and mental breakdowns in the middle of the forest when he realized that he of all cats was going to be a father and was supposed to raise kits to be normal. What did he know about normal? Maybe more than most because he'd seen it, he knew in every way how different he was from normal cats, but just because he knew all the ways he was wrong didn't mean he knew which ways were right. He had been stressing over it for moons, confused by the idea everything might turn out okay, but the last few days he had been determined to stay near Spookbat whenever he could. He was napping outside of her den when he heard her call, and immediately he was on his paws and scrambling into the den. "Spookbat? What's wrong? Are they coming? Are you sure they're actually coming?"
“Yes!” Her eyes spoke pain, fear. Spookbat had no idea what she was doing, what she’d gotten them I to! How could they, the most messed up cats in MoonClan raise kits to be normal, functioning warriors. “Get Lavendersky!”

He needs one made. I always like to leave the bio (personality and whatnot) up to the role player. Let’s them get a little more attached as well as gives them more options. I just give a baseline. Like Frozenlaughter looks like that picture (or you can use a different one it’s merely for reference) and has white and silver tabby fur with blue eyes. You can use in there some history on how he’s named for his grandfather who he’s never met but you don’t have to, and he’s deaf which needs to be in there.
