Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Stonehill slipped through the night. His black and white pelt made it harder for him to hide, so at this point he didn't even bother. If someone wanted to bother him they were going to do so. The good thing though, was the prey didn't seem to notice him too much. He padded along the river, enjoying the nice warm air. The seasons of green leaf and new leaf were his favorites. He loved the warm weather and easy life that the warm moons brought with them. He never minded the cold, he just hated that everyone had to work harder to feed the Clan and even then if not enough prey was found, some cats went hungry.
He stepped closer to the edge of the water. He didn't particularly like to get his paws wet and truthfully, he hated the feeling of the mud under his paws but he decided to see if he could see any fish swimming around. He immersed himself deep into his own thoughts, the forest was quiet, much different from the lively buzz of the camp and chatter of patrols. He was enjoying his time without the constant buzz in his ears.
A cat was chasing after a rabbit, Shadepaw pushed harder and harder trying to keep up with it. When it veered off suddenly, and Shadepaw, committed on his current path wound up continuing forwards, as a shape of another cat appeared in his path.
"Look out!" He cried out, just as he crashed into Stonehill's side.
"Oof!" Stonehill grunted as the cat collided with his side. The large black and white tom was thrown off balance but landed on his paws in the water. He turned to see who'd crashed into him and his gaze landed on Shadepaw. "Are you alright?" he asked, climbing out of the water and shaking droplets off his paws. He was more concerned that the young cat had managed to injure himself than he was really about getting wet.
Shadepaw had landed in a sprawl a ways away groaning from the impact.
"No, mother I don't want to go to bed," He mumbled a bit dazedly before he shook his head. 'Uh... what did you say?" He asked, having only registered Stonehill speaking, not what exactly the context of what he'd been saying was.
"I asked if you were okay..." Stonehill responded. "So are you okay?" he asked, his gaze scanning Shadepaw, he was worried he'd managed to hit his head, considering he seemed dazed and out of sorts.
