Heda was such a strange title. It felt obscure to her, even though she knew that she had finally achieved her single goal. She had finally risen to the top. Yet, was Heda what she really wanted? Did she want to be the queen of the city cats? After all, the city had such memories for her, vivid memories, hurtful memories. She blinked a few times, shaking the thoughts from her head. No, none of that mattered. Nothing mattered but the present, and in the present, she had won, finally won every game she had ever started.
