Soaringbird sat atop a branch, tail flicking behind her. She'd told her apprentices to come to the training hollow. They both were still fairly new, but she wanted to test their awareness. Would they notice their mentor waiting in the branch above them, or would they get surprised by her? She was eager to see just how observant they were and this was a fun and amusing way to start it off.

Ghostpaw glanced behind him, wondering where Valerianpaw wandered off to. He continued to pad forward quietly, taking in the scenery with wide eyes. The world around him was so serene, so quiet. It was hard to believe there were so many clans living among the trees.
Soaringbird relaxed on her bridge, practically melding with it as she observed Ghostpaw below her, whiskers twitching in bemusement as she looked to see if Valerianpaw would arrive soon.
