Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
The Janus had all met and discussed what to do next, but Littlebird wanted to get a feel for what each of her Janus thought about the current situation. In such meetings, a cat's true thoughts and feelings were not always revealed. As such, she found important to meet with each of the Janus sepertaley. On today's agenda, Autumngossamer. The sassy she-cat cat, who had risen to the rank of Janus and had surprised many of the cats within SunClan's upper ranks. She had came to clan as an initiate, similar to the way Littlebird herself had.
Spotting the she-cat in the janus camp, Littlebird made her way over "Come, take a walk with me"
"Okay sure!" Autumngossamer said, her voice gushing with a girlish tone.
Autumngossamer got up from her spot where Duskslayer was helping apply the black detailed designs along her fur satin soft fur. Lifting her powerful white legs up she walked over to Littlebird, "Ready," She purred.
The best thing she ever did in her life was ditch DayClan. As a precaution from judgment Autumngossamer always said she was born in DayClan, but that wasn't true. She was born unwanted and left at DayClan's border, she had no idea where she truly belonged or who her real parents were. All she knew was that back at DayClan she wanted nothing more than to be popular, but her sister always had the spotlight. Here, she had all the power she wanted and could acquire all the friends she needed. She never felt like an outsider here or stepped on and it felt glorious.
Among the other SunClan cats she stood out. Her eyes were brown and she typically was an average height for she-cats, but never seemed to grow taller than any toms. She hadn't matured into a beautiful she-cat like many of the elegant warriors in the camp, but instead had a cute face and fluff around the cheeks. She was supposed to be a warriors age by now, but when she looked into her reflection she could hardly see any changes.
Once she was sure that they were enough out of away that they could speak in private, the small gray she-cat turned to the janus. He golden eyes unwavering "This is your chance to speak your opinions openly before I make my decision. about what do about the regime"she paused allowing her words to sink in.
"Before making up my mind, I wish to hear what each of you have to say not what you think I or any of the other Janus want to hear" the words he father once spoke had been on her mind. A wise leader knows what they know. They take advice from those around them, and make a decision based upon the information that they gather.
"We storm them the way they stormed us before for DayClan. We won't attack, but we'll have a massive army to show if they try this again our backup won't allow them to succeed again. We'll nicely ask for Foxstar back and leave. Normally I'd be happy to slash open a few throats, but I know how this works. We hit them, they'll hit us back, it'll never end. This way they know we're boss, we get our leader and we can bully them for moons to come without turning it into a full out war," Autumngossamer shrugged, "Why what were you thinking?"
"Normally I would agree with you" she paused, finding the best way to word her own thoughts. "However, they have already proved that our superior numbers mean little down in the tunnels. Even if each member of the pride were to send a fighting force, they would simply retreat into the tunnels and wait us out. If there was a way to trap then inside, than perhaps we could starve them into submission..." it wasn't a tactic that she paticularly would enjoy employing but she also wasn't above doing what was necessary to get Foxstar back.
"But there are countless ways out of those tunnels, and it would be rather easy for them to dig a new way out even if all the exits were and appear in unexpected places. It has even been proposed that we simply collapse the areas around their camp. We know were it is located, and it would be a rather simple task for the forces that we have. Yet that would trap Foxstar inside as well as kill many innocents. I would rather avoid that if possible"
"Okay so we need a way in and out to safely get Foxstar. Okay, listen I know some good dirt. So remember the whole thing that started this, how Shule sucker stole one of Foxstar's lives. Well she did that cause Foxstar basically robbed her off her motherhood. BUT one of those kits is still here, Duskslayer. We could threaten to kill him or send him in as a spy for us. He can tell us where to dig a new exit or how to dig into the prison. We could also kidnap a cadet, force them to talk. Although honestly I like my first plan, like legit, Renegade Regime only has a few cats who can fight. Why don't we just train our warriors in our own tunnels for a while so they know how to fight, we send them in with our allies DayClan and NightClan. Renegade won't stand a chance, it's mathematically impossible, I'm certain."
