Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Wolfspider sat patiently by the camp entrance waiting for Finchwatcher and Tundrapaw to be ready to head out on their hunting patrol. He wasn't often selected to lead patrols so he was happy he got to do so today.
Tundrapaw approached Wolfspider, looking somewhat nervous. "Um, is this the hunting patrol...?" he asked, almost apologetically. He wasn't sure why, but he tended to not be asked to come on patrols so frequently; if he did well in this one, would that perhaps change?
Tundrapaw seemed to brighten up a little at the mere fact that he hadn't just been kicked out of the patrol for a dumb reason. "O-okay!" he chirped, looking fairly happy to just sit down and wait for now.
Wolfspider glanced around the camp once more before looking back down at Tundrapaw. "We'll head out and Finchwatcher can catch up with us later." he decided, rising to his paws and heading out of the camp.
Tundrapaw blinked. "O-okay," he murmured, giving Wolfspider a brief nod as he followed the older tom out of camp. Great, nowany mistake he made would be even more obvious, without another warrior there to fill out the patrol numbers. Another thought struck him suddenly, and he turned to face the patrol leader. "Um, Wolfspider? W-what if we get attacked, when our patrol is undermanned like this...?" he asked, turning a fearful gaze back behind the two of them.
Wolfspider glanced down at Tundrapaw with a comforting smile. "If that were to happen we'll retreat back to camp and get backup. But since there hasn't been any foxes, badgers, or rogues scented on our side of the border recently I wouldn't worry too much about it."
