Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Burningstar padded into DayClan territory, the dark ginger she cat a bit bleary eyed, somewhat tired from the night before. She had taken a quick nap, but had unfortunately the sound of the waterfall had not been kind to her. She was hopeful that the new camp Turbulentpaw would show her would be a viable possibility for them to stay in.
But there was something else to be focused on, she hadn't had a chance to meet up with Glowstar one on one in too long. There hadn't been many pride meetings since they'd released moonclan, and Burningstar's warriors had noted that SunClan seemed to be acting off, and there had been no sign of Foxstar. She wondered if something had happened.
"No flippity flippin solicitors!!!" Glowstar whined like a kit before her eyes met Burningstar.
"Burningstar! Ohhh myyyy gosh, it's been awful. SunClan's been soooo annoying, like more paranoid than normal, but it's you so it's all okay now," Glowstar purred as she settled back down into the grass, her shoulders nestling deep into the nature around her. Her tail rolled back and forth through the grass, it was odd just how much cats seemed to find her like this. On the hills, not sleeping, but gazing up at the clouds. Some might even dare call it lazy or useless, but somehow she seemed to come across many intruders this way so no one really complained.
"I wouldn't be opposed to some relaxation," Burningstar let out a mrrow before she moved to join her. Some time long ago she would've laid on her belly. But nowadays she was so comfortable with Glowstar that she rolled easily onto her back settling into the nature alongside her friend.
"It's been awfully exhausting lately... and rather melancholy." She murmured her voice dropping into sadness. "Lindon's gone, I don't know if we lost him in the earthquake or not... I've searched and searched but I can't find him." She sighed. "I knew we were getting distant he and I, but losing him... it's just like losing Kerrigan all over again." She murmured.
Then she waved her paw. "Sorry, it's... I've been kind of stuck suppressing a lot lately, my clan needed me to be stoic and leaderlike and... it's all kind of been backed up I guess. You were saying something about SunClan being paranoid? Foxstar's not going against the Pride's arrangement right? Not giving you grief?"
When Burningstar turned back to Glowstar she was grinning, probably ever since Burningstar said Lindon was gone. Glowstar seemed to sense her own delay and quickly patted Burningstar's shoulder, but still couldn't resist the smirk across her jawline, "He will be sorely missed."
She turned to her friend more seriously, "Hey, I miss Ker Bear too. And no! Foxstar got totally taken down by Renegade Regime, they obliterated her," Glowstar laughed, "I mean, I don't know if she's alive, but I think she is. My family would have said something, they can't help themselves. Point is, Foxstar's captured, I doubt they'll be able to hold her for long so she'll be out eventually. But... Burningstar, I could handle Foxstar kidnapping me and killing me. But she took my clan for so long and you and Kerrigan were good friends and when I told you I was serious and wanted out you both honored that. Foxstar never did, she's not a real friend... I'll always be Foxstar's sister, but I can't be her friend, not when she killed you, not when she kept my clan and killed my warriors and my mate! And lied about my kits. She's done so much and never apologized. I get it, you're probably the same way as me. You're okay that Foxstar messes with you, but I've known Foxstar my entire life and look what she's done to me. Do you think she'll hesitate if it were your mate or your best friend? I think we need to seriously consider our alliance with her. Not just for us, but our clan and the people we loves sake."
