Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Willowsongstress flicked her tail as she lazily sat in the sunlight. Most MoonClan cats didn't prefer to be in such sun; the majority of them were nocturnal. Of course, Willowsongstress had her moments where moonlight was preferred, but she also liked the feeling of the summer sun on her pelt. Her lips twitched slightly. If only she had someone to share this day with. She thought about her sister, Laurelmelody, and her new mate. There was a pang of jealousy in her chest; why hadn't she been given such a life? Ah, well, it would happen eventually, right?
So much to think about, such little time. Silverstreak stalked out of the warriors den looking for a place to clear his mind. Most of the time, hes preoccupied with his duties as deputy, but what time he had to himself, he was deep in thought. The warmth of the sun was a reassuring feeling. Although he didnt stay out too long, he didnt mind it that much. Distracted with inner thoughts, he found himself in a sunny patch of grass. However, he wasnt alone.
Willowsongstress heard footsteps grow near to her, and she turned her head slightly. Her eyes, which had been mostly closed, quickly opened all the way, and the she-cat found herself distracted from her thoughts by the shape of the deputy. "Good afternoon, Silverstreak!" she purred a greeting, tail flicking. She offered a dip of her head out of respect, before letting out a happy little sigh. "The sun feels good, doesn't it? It's finally warm enough to sit out like this." She smiled at him softly, before looking up at the sky. "Not a cloud in the sky."
Silverstreak broke from his thoughts, slightly startled by Willowaongstress. In that moment, his head cleared, allowing him to respond to her. Returning the smile, he responded, "It is very much so a good afternoon, Willowaongstress." He looked up towars thheavens as well. He would have asked what brought her out, but the answer clear just as the sky was. He chuckled internally at that before returning his gaze toward the she-cat. "How are you doing on this fine day?" he asked politely.
