The Siamese tom waited on the edge of the thick evergreens that grew behind the estate house. Waiting for his warden and those she chose to bring with her on her journey. The tom trusted her the most to get this done. He had considered sending his proxies but he feared they would take to long while he was confident Quartz would get right down to business. He had no true clue he she might bring with her, as he had left that up to her. Having only told her he had a mission for her and to bring some helpers and meet him here with them.
Zakiyyah was a wise cat to have been chosen by Quartz. It also wasn't a surprise. After all, she was already one of the enforcers, and more than that, she had been one of the Regime's prodigies, the child of a Commander and a cat who was now one of the next in line for the title after her own cousin, Mars, either died or stepped down. She had been a Spy, a cat skilled at knowing everything and finding out whatever she wanted, all without ever being spotted. Even now, the crimson dressed feline's pawsteps were utterly silent, her china doll eyes glimmering as though she could see into the souls of all those around her, a hint of a knowing smile written across her dark features.
