Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Leucisticcrow was leading a border patrol with a few other DayClan cats when his ears perked up, he thought he heard something. He was almost never wrong though so he moved forward. It didn't take long for the patrol to hearing the sound of mewling coming from their allies, NightClan's borders. Leucisticcrow looked back at the other DayClan cats almost questioningly. The tom was originally from WaterClan, but he often acted like he didn't know thee warrior code including times like these.
"Should we go over to help to just keep walking?" Leucisticcrow asked deciding to leave it up to the people in his patrol as he didn't mind either way.
Cloudfur had been in the clan for a few sunrises now and he had been chosen to join the patrol to his surprise. When he heard the mewling, his ears perked. "I haven't been here for very long but I don't think we should ignore a possible abandoned kit or any kit in trouble? Isn't that part of your code?" he asked Leucisticcrow, his yellow gaze soft as he towered over the rest of the patrol.
Leucisticcrow licked the corner of his lip in thought, "Yeaaaah. Yeah, of course, rule eight, section 01, follow weird noises that sound like kits. I know all the rules," He bragged.
He lunged so fast he seemed to blur, disappear. He vanished into the darkened forest of DayClan. When Cloud was able to catch up to the tom he was hovering over a russian blue tom who seemed to be watching them angrily.
"No. I'm waiting for NightClan cats to find me, not DayClan," The little kit hissed.
"Because I've decided I'm moving. I'm going to join NightClan, it doesn't seem cold and they're not softies like you guys! So I'm going to pretend I don't have a mom and they'll let me join to be a NightClan warrior. Maybe I'll even get a nicer mom," He said thoughtfully.
"Been there. Well I mean, I was kidnapped and held captive against my will, but I had still had some fun away from home," Leucisticcrow said with a purr.
"Good. Then go away, please," The kit said sitting his rump down in order to face away from their patrol.
"Dont tell him that. We will never get him home if you encourage him" Cloudfur whispered to Luecisticcrow. Then he bent down to the kits level. "I'm sorry to tell you this but Nightclan is just as warm and fuzzy as Dayclan."
He wasn't sure if that were true. He was still new. However, unbeknownst, he wasnt wrong. Nightclan cats didnt like intruders but they werent blood thirsty killers either. They are a tight nit clan with fierce loyalty and kindess toward their clan. They portray themselves to be much more intimidating but in reality, they were just as soft hearted as Dayclan especially with Burningstar and Larkwing in control. The two probably have the biggest hearts in all of Nightclan and Nightclan history.
Ericanorth was standing a few fox lengths away from the kit emerging out from the woodland with Raspberrypaw close to her hip.
"It's a kittyyyyyy!" Raspberrypaw squealed.
Ericanorth's paw rubbed the side of her temple, "Oh God, not another. What is with these mothers leaving random kits on clan borders all the time?"
"Can we keeeeep him?" Raspberrypaw asked, suddenly intensely close to Ericanorth with big wide eyes.
"Knock it off you bug eyed weirdo," Ericanorth spat stepping away from the apprentice before sighing, "Is he one of yours?" She asked, directing the question towards Leucisticcrow and Cloudfur.
Leucisticcrow slowly looked at Cloudfur, mainly because he wanted to catch a trip to the beach and find some tasty prey than stand around trying to get the kit to return with them. But he'd also go along with whatever Cloudfur wanted to do.
