His tail thrummed against the ground as boredom nestled it's way into his heart again. Being a dvoryane had it's perks, but sometimes there wasn't any fun in it. So many were so stuck up and in their rules. In fact, some of the Tiveronah dedicates liked the gods' restrictions more than the Devonei. Kellen aired on the side of careless. He couldn't stand all of the laws and statuses restricting the flow of everyday life. e did foster a bit of bitterness towards his own god, Marli. However, his pelt was too important to him to defy their will. Kellen let out a sigh and rose to his paws, vowing to do something with his life that day.
"Heading out?" Sasha asked the other royal, amber eyes curious as the lean black tom sidled up beside Kellen. He was not friends with any of the new royal houses, nor did he know any of them well; having been gone from Brookclan a long time while his sister and father built the foundations of the monarchy they left once again within the clan. Having not wanted to deal with the revolts and chaos such a drastic change would cause. When he returned it was to all new faces and houses, but he liked to think he had reestablished himself well; to a certain point. And perhaps it was time for him to spread out a bit and get to know these new cats.

"I guess. There really is nothing better to do." He responded with a laugh and a smile. Kellen turned his attention to Sasha, mild curiosity glimmering in his gaze. "And what were you planning on wasting your time doing?" There was friendly humor in his voice that many believed to be true. He loved and loathed the arrogant poise of royal families. It gave the group a bit of drama, but he didn't enjoy the pompous flare. While the rest of his house was so absorbed with themselves, the grey tabby had been watching others. He loved to observe their daily lives, cultures, and habits. How could a clan be united, yet so different? It was easy, fear. Fear of the gods, fear of the Tsar, fear of the royals, fear of the lessers. Fear united them all. He secretly wondered how Sasha felt about it all, coming from one of the original founders of the monarchy.
"Honestly, not much." Sasha responded with a boyish grin seeming moons younger than his actual age. "I'm actually rather lazy." He admitted without an inch of shame. The tom was not shy about how he preferred to spend his time doing a whole lot of nothing. "I'm trying to turn over a new leaf as they say though." He purred with a grin; thoughts turning to Rune. The adventurous tom had been driving Sasha to try and be more outgoing himself. Feeling perhaps a bit boring in comparison to the other.
