Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. His mate had been captured by the Regime and they were still doing nothing. He was tired of waiting for Littlebird to come up with a plan to free her. The Priestess was gone, and yet life had hardly changed. Condorstrike paced outside of her empty den, his agitated tail lashing and ears back, steps hard and scattering dust with every step, but it did nothing to ease his spirit. He needed to be doing something to save her, to be acting, not just sitting and waiting. He wasn't stupid enough to trespass and try to rescue her on his own, he knew he wasn't a strong enough warrior for that, but "There must be another way" he insisted aloud.
"Another way for what? Frostcloud tilted her head to the side as she watched Condorstrike. She too had lost someone to the battle. Snowflight, her sister. She was assumed dead since she had vanished after the battle with the Regime. Of course there was always a chance that the Regime had taken her prisoner. Of course Frostcloud knew the truth. She had left her sister to bleed out in the dust upon their retreat. She had always been annoying and she had drawn far too much attention for her liking. For now she was playing the part of the devastated sister whose twin had vanished into thin air.
