Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Shae’s eyes were amused as she leapt to the hood of her car. After all this time, the old monster had always been her claim. Even when she wasn’t a member of Absum Lux, the hedas had respected her claim. After all, it technically was on rogue territory, territory that had only expanded under her generalship. She had made it clear to Genesis that such expansion was not a permanent gift. She let out a sigh; it wasn’t often she thought about Genesis. Oh, Genesis, the only cat she had ever loved. Shae flicked her ear. She should not have been surprised when Genesis turned against her. She needed to learn the lesson of love, and how to love was to do nothing but masochistic harm to oneself.
She was deep in such thoights, thoughts of her past, so much so, that she didn’t notice another cat come very close to the red convertse.
The general let out a purring laughter. “You’re special spot?” She meowed, barely able to do so with how absolutely stunning the she-cats sentiment was. The only cat who had ever tried to claim any ownership of this car, the only cat who dared sit in it without permission, was now dead. “Maybe think again, lamb chops.”
“We can’t share it?” She gave an exaggerated frown with large golden pools. “This has been my special spot since before you came back, mama! We can at least share, can’t we?” She purred as she walked fully into the car, claws sinking into the ruined leather upholstery.
There were a few reasons why this spot was special to her. Half of them involved Fenesis. The other half involved the fact that once something was hers, she seldom saw the purpose of giving it up. It was this reason why Absum Lux had given the territory back to the rogues (note:her) while she was gone. The only younger cats who had ever been allowed in her car were her kittens, and even them she had made sleep in the dirt under the car until she was sure that they wouldn’t soil themselves.
“I think we have come to a misunderstanding, lamb chops. You have about six seconds to get out or I will personally kick in one of your ribs and drag you out by your scruff you’re an abandoned house kitten.”
“Ohh! You’re so cool when you’re getting mad! You’ll make a better heda than the one we have now, thats for sure.” Her eyes began to beam now, like a kid meeting their favorite celebrity. Her heart raced and she felt the blood pumping in her ears. “Won’t you come with me then, sugar mama?” Her voice was lyrical as her tail flicked wildly. She took a short leap onto the flat trunk of the monster, golden eyes glued to Shae.
Great, was she getting a fangirl now? There was part of the General who was fascinated by the idea. It stroked her ego. The other part of her was quite tempted to beat the hell out of the younger cat simply because she looked at her. "A rock would make a better heda than the one we have now," she retorted, her eyes narrowed. She let out a breath, before blinking. Probably not the best idea to beat her up. After all, she could see herself a little bit in this young cat, at least from the three seconds they had interacted. She was acting quite like Shae would have at her age.
