( With the districts now being a thing, I figured it was about time to create a thread to make some characters for each district! For now, please take no more than two, some may be left to claim later, depending on interest in this thread. More info about the districts can be found on PI's page, and members of the Internal Affairs district can find more info and reply to the thread HERE. Any of these characters may be added as either Trainees or Hunters and they aren't related to each other, though you're free to create families and such for them!

Hisoka / Secretive - M. Hiding in the shadows, mysterious, and angry. Loves ruining lives, hates fairy tale stories. [ OPEN ]

Emir / Charming Prince - M. Always optimistic, charming, and devious. Enjoys having flings, hates rules. [ OPEN ]
Kreeli / Sweet/Charming - F. The childish one, immature, and awestruck. Loves roaming territories, has claustrophobia. [ OPEN ]
Kuzih / Great Talker - F. A social butterfly, gentle and silver-tongued. Enjoys playing pretend, hates getting dirty. [ OPEN ]
