Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Springfawn settled down in one corner of the training hollow, keeping an eye out for either Arcadiapaw or Celestialpaw's entrance. She'd sort of lost track of a lot of the Clan's younger generation during her time in WinterClan, and she'd never really been able to keep up with them after that, either. Still, the pair seemed promising enough from the short glimpses she'd gotten from them, and likely strong enough that Springfawn couldn't ruin them somehow. Hopefully, anyway.
Celestialpaw huffed, displeased that Burningstar had chosen to change the system when she was promoted. No longer would she get her own mentir and a partner, now she had to share Springfawn with Arcadiapaw. She made a grand entrance head held high as she exited the apprentice den once the sun went down. Spotting Springfawn she went over, "I'm ready for training," she said.
Springfawn gave Celestialpaw a quick dip of the head. "Glad to hear it," she purred, trying her best to seem as approachable as possible - not a quality that came naturally to her, but one she beleved a good mentor should possess. She'd been a mentor before, back when she'd still been shy and ineffectual - Fernshadow had seemed to like her, but she still felt like she should have been a better mentor to the reserved she-cat. Perhaps these two could be her second chance. "We'll get into training shortly whether Arcadiapaw arrives or not, but before we do - I'm correct in thinking that you were just promoted? As in, you weren't reassigned a mentor?"
"Yes, I was just promoted with my siblings." Celestialpaw meowed puffing up her chest in pride. "Coyoteway is my father, and I'm going to be just as great of a warrior as he is. Someday joining you all in the black hand," She said it with such certainty, like her becoming part of the black hand was as certain as the sun rising tomorrow.
